It is my favorite pizza and the sweet knots should not be missed. I'm not a fan of the new phone app Slice which never seems to save my login or location and also for my orders at least isn't sending to the restaurant right away. I walked in 10 minutes after ordering thru the app and they hadn't received it, or maybe just didn't notice it. The prices seem to change by the day. One time a week ago I paid $9 for a small pizza, the next week it was $13 for exact same. The usually delicious sweet knots were half baked with a lot of uncooked dough in the middle. Cheese is put on top of the yummy ingredients which makes it hard to bite into without grabbing all the ingredients at once after the cheese has cooled a little. It also creates super hot ingredients enveloped by the cheese, a little dangerous for young kids. All fixable, though it seems to be their signature style, and I'm still eating here way too often. I think it's the sauce that keeps me coming back.

It's good. It's not Chicago or New York pizza... it's actually kinda bland. And their thick crust and Chicago-style pizza is a joke. But it does the trick and my kids like it. Employees are always helpful - except once I ordered over the phone and came to pick up and the employee obviously forgot to put my order in. She didn't say anything I just watched her act cool and casual as she put my order in when I got there and then made me wait for an extra 20 minutes. I was in a rush and it was so annoying. But I've been coming here for years now and this is the first time something like that has happened. So...

Ian provided me with great customer service! He was kind and professional and informative with ease. I love their cauliflower crust da works with artichoke hearts added, and the mild hot sauce. Consistently fresh and tasty. Ordering was easy breezy!

It was my first time at Fresh Brothers and when I came in I was greeted by Cindy. She recommended the Margherita or Da Works. I asked her which of those two were her favourite and said margherita. She also suggested the wings tossed in sweet chili. As I was waiting for my order I noticed the bathroom and lobby were spotless. Overall, her recommendations were spot on because I really enjoyed both the pizza and wings. I will definitely be coming back soon for the good food and great customer service!
