I've been coming to this spot since it's very close to campus, and every time it's been a mixed experience. The service is just ok, no one seems like they really want to be there though. The drinks never taste the same, but today took the cake, I ordered a tall Strawberry lemonade, I'm not sure if he didn't have enough lemonade or something to fill the cup, so one of the girls working with him told him to add water, but he put wayyyyyy to much water because once I got my drink it did NOT taste anything like a strawberry lemonade at all. To think you're paying $6.19 for this kind of quality... guess that's what I get for giving this place many chances. My advice is that even though this is convenient for us campus students, I recommend just taking the 10 minute walk to the nearby Starbucks and getting the actual thing, for better price and quality too (their tall strawberry açaí lemonade comes out to $4.75)

I am not the one to leave bad reviews, but this place is actually ridiculous and has caused me genuine frustration a number of times.There have been times where they kicked everyone out and closed early, and sometimes they aren't open at all during the listed hours. I get it, understaffing is an issue in a lot of places. But if you're paying $6 for a small latte, I would expect the place to at least be open until the listed closing time. If the hours changed, then post the new hours! It's already not fun paying an excessive amount for coffee and a pastry, only to have to be interrupted when doing your schoolwork because the place is closing early, unbeknownst to you.

Super expensive for a college campus. Ordered a chocolate croissant (not heated) and the bill was $6.01. Single not-that-special muffins are $5.49 or more! Didn't ask if I was an eat-in or eat-out so tax was added automatically. When I said I didn't want the croissant at that price the clerk seemed very pissed and snatched it back without a word.

I’m not sure why Google maps says the thos location is still closed. Freudian Sip at the Sierra Center is now open and has been for a few weeks! This location is pretty crowded at 9AM so be prepared to either wait a while or order online. They make all the Starbucks staple drinks and are well stocked with some sandwiches, breakfast pastries and desserts. All the student employees are very sweet!Ample indoor and outdoor seating for everyone!

the new staff here literally hate their lives. especially the older shorter woman who was in charge. my friend ordered a frapp and they openly sighed and complained about how much they HATED making them, MULTIPLE times, loud enough for her to hear. i ordered one as well and they gave me a totally different type of drink. 0/10 just get starbucks off campus
I just went to the Freudian Sip USU location with one of my friends. My friend and I were looking at the menu and didn't realize we were next in line, and instead of the cashier (with pink hair) nicely telling us we were next, she rang the bell a bunch of times aggressively until we noticed. When it was my time to order, I asked for a Java Milkshake. I thought she asked me "do you want icecream" so I said yes, and then she raised her voice and said "I said what KIND of icecream?" My friend was taken aback because of her rude tone. She looked down at my card and waited for me to hand it to her without even saying the total. My friend ordered a chocolate croissant and was waiting for her order for awhile. She eventually just asked about it and they had not even heated it up! So she just got it cold and it was very dry and underwhelming. The customer service was disappointing and I hope the cashier has a better day because it didn't seem like she was having a good one.
