I was craving KBBQ, and came to try Gangnam Station in Koreatown! We were seated immediately during dinner time on a Thursday night!I genuinely was shocked at the price to quality because it was so good for only $29.99 (Menu A). They offered a wide selection of premium meat cuts PLUS their self-serve meat and side dish bar! I loved the complimentary tofu soup too!The servers were very attentive to us and changed the pan frequently and always provided us top service. The inside ambiance was so nice as I was able to see the city/street view! They offer parking validation with 2 hours free underground parking!Save this spot for your next meal?Parking: 2 Hour Free Parking Validation

Decent Korean BBQ place. Reasonably priced compared to other Korean BBQ places in Koreatown. Came here on a weekend and there was a wait. I suggest you join the yelp waitlist before going, that way you don’t need to wait longer. What I like about this place is that they have a meat bar. You don’t need to constantly order meat. You can grab as much or as little as you want. They also have a small salad bar. The only downside is the parking. Despite the validation, we still need to pay because of the long wait. Took off one star from the food because they don’t serve egg drop soup. Other than that, I highly recommend this place to everyone.

If you’re looking for a high quality AYCE KBBQ spot in Koreatown, it would be a big mis-STEAK to not check out @gangnamstationbbq !I don’t know how I haven’t tried out Gangnam Station until now, but this seriously might be my favorite AYCE KBBQ spot ever! Their menu features tiers from $24.99-$39.99 (which is a LOT more affordable compared to other AYCE spots), with up to 45 options of meats and side dishes. I was pleasantly surprised at how high quality and fresh the meat was, and their Banchan and side dishes (especially the japchae and spicy tofu soup) were made so well! They also have a self-serve meat and salad bar, which contains 13 choices of meat, banchan refills, and even shin ramen to finish up your meal. The ventilation, cleanliness, views and service were on point, and I really like how they’re located conveniently next to a lot of Ktown nightlife hotspots, with 2 hour free validated parking. If you’re in the Ktown area, I highly recommend checking them out!Parking: Free 2 hour validated parking

If you like Korean BBQ, this is a good place to be. You may have to wait a bit (take an order tab) when you arrive. We would visit again.

Before I begin raving about the food at this kbbq restaurant, I have to applaud them for such great service! My girlfriends and I were always checked on, the grill was always changed without even asking, and any requests we made were met with promptness and a genuine “I’m happy to serve you” attitude. I cannot stress how much good service can affect your dining experience!!I can easily say that Gangnam Station is one of my top 3 KBBQ AYCE restaurants I have been to. I ended up getting the $40 premium AYCE menu and it was worth every penny. Some of my favorite cuts of meat included: Beef Belly with Galbi sauce, marinated short rib and finger rib, pork jowl, ribeye steak, and beef tongue. All of these meat came out fresh, beautifully plated, and they cooked down so tenderly. One of my favorite things about this place was that there was a self-serve bar for marinated meats as well as sides like japchae, kimchi, and spicy cucumbers. I actually love this aspect because you can get a hefty amount without having to bother your server; it’s so efficient. There’s a huge variety of banchan and I love how you are able to get 5 different types of dipping sauces (yakiniku and ssamjang being my favs). All in all, everything I ate totally smacked and would definitely come back again – 5/5 love this place!!

My family and I arrived at night for dinner. Right at the entrance, there was a tablet to register for the waiting line, which was 50 minutes long. I needed the local telephone number and the local zip code to complete, however, as I am from another country, I was unable to do so. That's why I decided to go in and speak directly to the person responsible, who was at the cash register. To my surprise, he told me that it wouldn't be possible to have dinner if I couldn't fill in the details. Outraged, I asked if all tourists from other countries couldn't eat at this place? A little awkwardly he told me that he would put his phone number in and that I was not to leave the door. I felt a strange and annoying feeling of guilt for not having a local phone number and I lost a little of my appetite. After waiting for 1 hour, we were directed to our table. The food is good and decent, but remembering all the adventure I've been through, I'm sure I'll never go back to this place again. What was supposed to be a pleasant family dinner turned into a strange experience.

Went with a large group of friends, the fact they had a meat bar was great and loved that. My issue was more so that every time the workers would come by they’d turn the heat down super low despite us asking they leave it on at a decent temperature. Then they also cut us off since we’d hit the two hour mark despite the fact that we weren’t finished eating yet so that was disappointing. There are a lot of better options.

77 miles away from home, but I love this branch better than the one in Buena Park. Took my husband on Thursday night 03.14.2024 we arrived at 10.30pm. Mind you, they're always busy and doesn't take reservations. We didn't wait too long. Under 15 minutes and got seated. We got Menu A and #4,8,9 and spicy house tofu soup are always the highlight!! ❤️Soup took a while to be delivered to the table tho.. but it was worth the wait! Buena Park doesn't have the spicy tofu soup.Parking: It's somewhat hidden parking structure. Right behind CVS and the small ramp going to restaurant parking area. Just go real slow and read the sign on the side walls.. pretty small sign so you gotta be really pay attention. You gotta pay $10 so make sure get validated from the restaurant you visit.

They have a affordable AYCE KBBQ price! There was a great variety of different type of meats. I love how there is a meat bar so you can choose your own meat. The staff are super friendly, and they always make sure you had whatever you need. Everything about this place was absolutely amazing. This is one of the best AYCE KBBQ spots to go with your friends or family if you’re on a budget or you like to have a variety of option.

Good meat selection and way better service since opening. Would have been a perfect visit except for that fact that a waiter asked not only us but another family that was leaving as we arrived for a tip. Unprofessional to practically demand a tip when I had already left one in cash at my table.

The times I’ve been here the white rice they have is somehow always stale and dry as if it was left open for hours. I tried to come in by myself to enjoy my lunch to find out they don’t serve party of 1 even though the place was more than half empty and barely had business inside. I can understand if it was a busy day but to have only a few customers and a bunch of tables open I was disgusted being refused service. In spite I was willing to pay extra never coming back to this place again
