My family and I ate here and needed to use the restroom. There was no soap inside I exited the restroom and went to the sink where food is prepared and that sink also had no soap. I asked 3 employees for soap or hand sanitizer, all 3 said they had none. I asked even though this is a food establishment youhave no soap or hand sanitizer, and all three of them again told me no they did not. Please be cautious when coming here because you are not able to clean your hands, My next question is, does that mean the employees do not wash their hands after utilizing the restroom because I don't see how they can with no soap or sanitizer?!

This is such a fun shop and everything on the menu is delicious! You can customize a sundae or pick one already on the menu. Everyone is always very friendly and the shop is always clean and spotless. Definitely a fun environment!

This place is definitely pricey but the frozen hot chocolate is also pretty good. Not worth going out of your way or even a first choice for a treat in Hollywood but if you're passing by then why not. The frozen hot chocolate is creamy, chocolatey and rich but not overly sweet or too icy. The cashier was very sweet but the person making drinks wasn't the friendliest. The bathroom is also pretty dirty.

Over priced and poor service. 3/3/2024 at 5pm a manger just runs around and talks to employees while they should be taking the customers orders or making ice cream. Surely won't be back. Bad management style for sure

The minute you walk in, you are surrounded by chocolate. The sugary smell starts your craving for a sundae and they do not disappoint. The price is high for the serving size but the quality of toppings and overall taste make the occasional overspend worth it. The menu has plenty of options for everyone and each sundae comes topped with a piece of Ghirardelli chocolate. Tourist can make it busier than normal, but you can shop while you wait.

This was the perfect dessert.. the chocolate brownie was so rich and chewy! It was a good amount-the location is a store of all Ghirardelli products. It was hard to make a decision, everything was so grand! I will be on the hunt for more Ghirardelli locations

Inside was nice & workers were cool. The reason I gave it a 3 star was because of the price. I got a sundae and my main concern was the 1.50 for 1 topping. It was outrageous. 1 cherry on top for 1.50. I couldn't even believe it. Ben & Jerry’s would’ve been a better
