A terrible service, the food was cold, the food was delivered 30 minutes late, the coffee was cold and Mrs. Esperanza was angry because I changed the coffee. The truth is, paying for bad service is not worth it, I do not recommend it.

I came in the morning expecting to enjoy a great breakfast. The cashier seemed to be bothered that I made them turn on the grill. It's a very busy environment due to having a bakery. The line is ridiculous to wait to order something while eating, the food is ok but the customer service wasn't it. Maybe I went on a bad day.

Not great service. I waited long for my order and when I got it they missed an item in my order and couldn’t offer a refund.
Cocina cubana deliciosa, pan dulce y café exquisito. Pésimo servicio, pero lo demás vale la pena

Delicious, cheap Cuban food, the last business of what was once Little Havana. Close to Silverlake and Echo Park, but tucked away in much less curb-appealed HiFi. That means the prices are low and there's nothing trendy about it. But it also means less atmosphere than Tropical, say. Most customers are Spanish-speakers, and it's good to have some of the language when ordering. The coconut flan was especially delicious! Ropa Vieja and Medianoche too. Half a point off for the tv screen menu (can we just have it written down?) and the fluorescent lights, but otherwise, a perfect hidden gem.

If you know than you know. Hidden gem compared to Porto's bakery, I would say the meat pie well they are more seasoned. The sandwiches are bomb with added plantain chip bites. The breads are never dry they taste fresh. I always try different items in the caffe menu and they don't disappoint. The staff is friendly, chefs don't take too long and location is clean.
