Soooooo good! Tried this after we got a massage in the same shopping center and the mochi donuts were soooooo good. The person that served us was friendly and quickly got us what we needed. I'd say it's not a cozy place you'd want to sit down and eat, but most people get donuts on the run so it's not a factor. Highly recommend!

Great service and it feels like very friendly staff. I really love the sandwiches. Bacon Ham and Cheese is my favorite . Very fresh. The fancy donuts are decorated beautifully and are lots of fun . The Boba is fresh and chewy I love this place.

Was trying to look for a donut shop for a group order that wasn't as expensive as the spot on Eagle Rock Blvd that I've gone to before so I turned to good ol' Yelp and I'm glad I did because I forgot about this place that I used to frequent as a kid. The shop is located on a small shopping center with a shared parking lot across the street from Target. It a small shop and during the later morning it was not that busy. They close at 2pm. The service was great, Lee is very kind. I called in the order a day ahead and they were very prompt on pick up day, she even sent a message to notify me that the order was ready. The kids loved the sprinkle donuts and it was much cheaper than another place that I was looking at. I will definitely be coming back again!

This donut place used to be good a long time ago but I recently went there. And the donuts were not that good they're not like I remembered back in 1996. And there was only a little bit of donuts left to choose from I got there like around 2 something PM. But the person was nice to me. But other than that you guys need to step up your game like you did a long time ago when your donuts used to be good Back in 1996

Very friendly staff. Great quality food. Kids love their donuts. We go there every Saturday for pick up. The store is cleans and well kept. Plenty of parking places. Highly recommended.

Came here randomly for a bfast sandwich. I really liked that the employee asked if i wanted jalapeños. Yes please. Sandwich was delicious, cheese was perfectly melted and really good. One of the best simple bfast sandwiches Ive had. Also super friendly people. Thank u happy donuts.
