I give the food at 3 it's not the worst food but the atmosphere and the food don't coherent the atmosphere is great but the food and the pricing don't go together the food should be a little bit better for the price and then the atmosphere and the price would go great I always get the gumbo and the small crabs is complete mush but the rest of it is deliciousParking: Limited parking... The parking lot has about 7 parking spaces that's usually full but there's free neighborhood parking

I am so happy that I saw FB short on this restaurant. It was everything that I hoped for and more. The food was off the chart! Our party of 5 enjoyed it immensely. Highly recommended and will be back for more!

First time here, but I'll be back! Inside is elegant and comfy with a full bar. Tried the jambalaya—amazing sausage! Opted for the po boy, delicious! Their IPA was refreshing. Harold and Belle's is a must-visit for locals and tourists!

The food and atmosphere were ok. The service was subpar. We felt ignored by staff after being seated, no menus (we had to ask for them), one of my guest meal was forgotten and was not immediately addressed by the waitress after being put to her attention. No one came to check on us after our meals were served. This was not my first visit, but the service has declined.

Being born and raised in Louisiana I know what cajun/creole food is authentic. I was blown away with the food and portions. It was so much better then places in Louisiana that I dined at. This is the BEST tasting food in los angeles. I have eaten here twice this week. Highly recommend anyone who is hungry for real downhome food. You will not be disappointed. Happy Eating!

Wayyyy over priced in my opinion. I had shrimp and crawfish creole with pasta, $34. The taste was edible, not great. The serving was oversized. The garlic bread was cheap burger buns cut into strips and buttered not toasted. Dinner for 2 was $80.Parking: Minimal valet parking. Otherwise on the street in the local neighborhood.

I made reservations for my 51 birthday party! 3/27 for 7:30 pm . When I arrived they didn’t even have my reservations. I pulled up the confirmation on my phone .I was told they will accommodate me and my guest . The area was inappropriate, in the back away from the main area. We didn’t receive proper service! All the food was cold , especially my platter ! We kept asking for drinks , we received them 35 mins after ordering them ! I wasn’t even acknowledged for my birthday ! I was told there wasn’t any people to sing happy birthday to me! Nor did they offer us any solutions for a dessert ! Finally my friend got up and spoke with management! She finally brought us water 1 hour and 15 minutes after we arrived ! I would never recommend this place for anything special . I had a party of 8 ! We paid our bill and left . Yes we was the last ones to leave because I swear you guys these people didn’t serve my party properly at all ! My experience was horrible ! The Manager kept her nose in the air ignored our requests for assistance. I believe our waitress was new , and tried her best . Again , I would never recommend this place to anyone. It was a waste of money and I didn’t enjoy my birthday! Life is short I can’t get that time back !

My fiancé and I favorite go to spot when we want delicious southern comfort food. However, not too many vegan dishes. The fried oyster mushrooms are satisfying but very small pieces. There is a lounge area with a bar and mounted TV's and the customer service is always excellent especially near the lounge area.

If I could give 1 star, I would. We had reservations for 2:30pm on 3/24/24 to celebrate our 23 year anniversary. It took about 13 minutes for us to be seated with a reservation.they sat us down in a very loud room where there were 2 parties between our tables After sitting down for 15 minutes, no one came to us and I had to get up and look for our waiter. He finally came to us at 3:00pm and we placed our order. The waiter came back 1 time to give us bread and we never saw him again. It is now 4 pm and our food started to come out but it came cold. The order of shrimps (5) with a price of $20 came cold...like it was sitting on the counter for a while. I have never been so disappointed like I was today. I have been coming to H&B for years and while I know there are times that have been busy, it's never been this dysfunctional like it was today. Other folks were also waiting and seemed angry at the delay. Our waiter seemed overwhelmed with the 2 big party tables he had which explains why we were neglected and ignore. However, this was not our fault and it is unacceptable because we too were paying customers. I was even more upset because I traveled from Torrance to come to this restaurant on this special day just so this happened. Needless to say, my days at H&B are over as I will never come back. The managers were very apologetic and gave us a discount. However that didn't matter because our early dinner celebration of such a beautiful day was completely ruined with the terrible service we received.
