The part-time worker taking orders is very rude. I deliberately pretended not to understand, but I was told that the menu I ordered was not available at this restaurant, so I asked again, and when I asked them again, they openly laughed at me and responded in a frustrated tone, which made me feel very bad. (I asked for what was written on the menu, but it wasn't there... there was no sign that it was sold out) It was an Asian woman wearing glasses.I won't go here again. The powder didn't dissolve in the drink, so the lumps of powder were chewy, and the tapioca pearls didn't have a good texture. The part-timer is very rude. Ignoring people who are not good at English and laughing at them openly. Also the drink didn't taste good either

◦ Very different vibes compared to the HHD in nyc. A much_◦ cuter and comfy atmosphere. Pictured: Earl grey milktea, coffee w cheese foam, and matcha shake.

Very decent Milk Tea place. Nice place to hangout a bit. They played mostly K-pop when I was there. The chairs are pretty nice.

The food was great, strawberry croffle was very tasty and the green apple lime ade was also good. I had to wait like 30 mins for both my food and drink though. Pretty sure they forgot my order cause they took a look at my receipt and started making it but didn't get my light ice or light sugar right.

Please hire more workers. It takes FOREVER to get one drink even when it’s not that busy. They don’t let you order with a person, it has to be the ONE tablet they have which is honestly really confusing to use. It has you go through EVERY customization so it takes each customer a long time to order. Drinks are good but almost all $7-$8. Please just get at least one new tablet to order from.

The boba here isn't amazing but it's not bad either. However, when I came recently they didn't have boba and I often see that they run out of different ingredients so it might be hard to trust that they'll have the additions you want. I've gotten a few of their ades and they're pretty good but it does taste like syrup. Their brown sugar milk tea is good though! Not too much to say about their service because they use kiosk

The inside is so beautiful and employees are very kind. We loved the croiffle for its texture and it was not too sweet.

Cute and aesthetic dessert spot. I ordered the strawberry ice cream. It was the perfect size and fairly priced. The strawberries tasted fresh. The ice cream was ok. Quick service and great spot for intimate parties.

good boba but the wait was a little long (saturday night)BOBA: Great boba with good texture. I got a black milk tea and my friend got an earl grey milk tea, regular size. Each came out to ~$6.50 with boba so pretty typical of LA prices.AMBIENCE: This is a big store with multiple seating options. Would be a good place to do work but unsure if there are outlets/wifi.SERVICE: You order at an iPad. It took my and my friend's drinks 20 minutes to come out. We ordered basic drinks so this was a little slow imo. There were a few orders before us but nothing crazy. Just be prepared to wait a little if you come during a busier hour (Saturday night).

If you like noisy places this cafe is for you. Customer service isn’t good enough. I’ve ordered hot Dalgona Cafe Latte and I got cold one. I don’t really recommend this place. Earl Grey Black Milk Tea is disgusting by the way.

Hello Hunny Bees ????? It's your girl Hunny with a review of another business.Let's get into it. I'm in L.A. for training. Y'all know Michelle is Korean so we go to Korea town. We cam here for a late night dessert ?. The atmosphere is a whole vibe!! The place is lit up with people, beautiful looking desserts and friendly staff. I was greeted warmly and asked for the Chocolate ice cream with Strawberry. Y'all I was super excited until I received my ice cream. First off for $7 I got maybe 6oz of ice cream. The ice cream was not chocolate it tasted like froyo. It was vanilla frozen yogurt with chocolate syrup yuck ?. McDonald's is better than this. Don't waste your money. This is Sippin Tea with Hunny Be!!

The Boba, Desserts, and Variety of the menu is spectacular! However, some staff members are so RUDE. I walked in, brightly smiling and excited to order my first snowflake (shaved ice), and was unpleasantly greeted by this employee. Someone called to her, it sounded like her name was Abel? She looks she hates her life and as if she hates working there. I have friends that also came here on a different month who similarly had the same experience; indicating that she was rude and unhelpful. My friend was ignored when she was asking for the bathroom code. Please hire staff members that smile or at least decently seem nice. The food and ambiance would have been a 10/10 but she honestly gave me such a sour impression. The snowflake was amazing tho, very delicious and would recommend.
