Never again!! Asked for 2 DECAF Americano and I received regular. I am caffeine sensitive and I must say that was a big mess up. My whole day was ruined. I got all the bad side effects of caffeine. Shakes, nausea, dizzy spells, heart palpitations, loss of appetite, unable to focus and slurred speech. I didn't go to sleep untill 12am because my heart wouldn't stop racing. The servers need to pay better attention to what customers are ordering. Someone can end up in the ER.

This cafe is such a peaceful and great spot to work for a bit in such a great looking place. They staff and owners really look like they're putting in a lot of effort to make it as zen as possible. Their menu is quite sizeable with a handful of choices in teas, coffees, and food. I only gave it 4 stars because of the parking. Of course, they can't help it because it's in Hollywood and there's limited space but that does affect my decision to go to a venue or not. The front parking is reserved for Hollywood Coffee House customers for 30-min and there's electric vehicle parking across the street from 8 AM - 8 PM. I'd come here again if I'm in the area and just need a spot to chill out/work.

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this place is and how good the coffee is. The interior is cozy but large and has a small stage setup in the corner for open mics. Friendly staff. I didn't indulge in one of the many available pastries and sweets but they looked great. Nice patio in front as well.

The owner of this Hollywood coffee house is great, friendly, wonderful customers and wonderful workers with great customer service and good security guards too that’s in a safe wonderful neighborhood with amazing atmosphere. The Hollywood coffee house has good amazing coffee drinks and good food, it’s a lovely environment I recommend people to come to the Hollywood coffee house.

Please me mindful of parking your car here. The day I came to this coffee shop, I park my car in front of the souvenir store in the plaza. After leaving this place, I went straight home. Finding my left rear signal light has a hole and covered with duck tape. I remember when I was walking to my car, the owner of the coffee shop and water shop was sitting behind my car looking at me. Didn't think nothing was wrong there. CHECK YOUR CAR BEFORE LEAVING THIS PLACE. Surprisingly took a picture of my car that day before entering the cafe.
