Awful service, dirty martini was not dirty only the glass and all of the olive juice was by over half the drink. Just awful.

Came here on Friday 29 th September for a table of 4 From entering to leaving nothing was too much trouble We opted for flatbread & wings for starters again all very well cooked & presented Mains 2 steaks medium rare cooked very well Salmon was beautiful Chicken burger was great Bottle of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and sift drinks All served with a smile Brett the manager checked back on our table to check everything was ok, didn’t time to chat and be genuinely interested in what we had to say, and absolute credit to this venue Thanks again for a very enjoyable visit whilst in LA

I travel for work globally and if there is a HRC nearby, I visit, collect the hats, magnets and glasses. So had to get this one in whilst working in the LA area. Popped in late afternoon for a couple of drinks, Service was swift and the bartenders were friendly. The shop is quite large and I was able to purchase my usual items. Very well located near the Dolby theatre

Our teenagers are not into rock so they weren’t interested in the paraphernalia and we usually like to try out new places. But it was a very convenient location and at least you know what you are getting with a Hard Rock Cafe. That said, we did enjoy our meals better than expected. And we were seated immediately, which I was surprised about considering the number of tourists. We had the salmon over cold noodles, the bacon burger, grilled salmon and the barbecue chicken bites.

Nice spot for lunch, food portions were large (we even shared), but had plenty. Serving staff were attentive and usual good atmosphere! Highly recommend

The service and food was good. However, we received our main prior to our starter so this got sent back, when brought back to us it was rather cold… however we proceeded to it and it wasn’t too bad. The starter was Bruschetta and although slightly over cooked it tasted good. The waiter was really polite and took time out for a conversation which is always nice

We made a reservation for our daughter’s milestone 13th birthday and but it clearly on the reservation it was for this purpose but this sadly wasn’t acknowledged nor marked by HR in any way. My wife and I have been to Cafe’s around the world so know how they usually mark someone’s birthday and wanted to surprise our daughter with this experience to but it wasn’t to be. It was busy so we are glad at least we reserved as walk ins were being turned away. In the end it was the food that was the most disappointing. My daughter’s all American sliders were burnt - so burnt we tried to cut off the outter layer of meat so she would eat it without complaint; but it was too hard a knife would not cut through it. We had this replaced as Josh our server did say they were not supposed to be burnt. Sadly however it took 15mins to come out by which time the rest of us had eaten and were ready to go. The chicken tenders too are normally very juicy bits of chicken but there was more batter than chicken on this occasion and they were placed conveniently to try and disguise the very cold fries underneath. The BBQ burgers however were great. Including still giving a generous tip considering the let downs, it was the most disappointing $200 we’ve spent on a Hard Rock experience. There was some redemption from one of the store workers who did acknowledge our daughter’s birthday & who gave her a discount on the jumper she bought with her birthday money.

We like to eat at a Hard Rock when we are traveling. We had never been to L.A. so we went to the Hard Rock there. We loved it. We got burgers, onion rings and fries and a Hurricane drink so we could keep the glass. We really enjoyed everything, especially the atmosphere. I do recommend reservations since it was very busy. We also loved the gift shop.

We visited here during a film premiere day so it was busy. But we had pre-booked that morning. We enjoyed the food and the John wick experience. The local specials were nice. Server was helpful. There is a lift for wheelchair accessible access although there were a few obstacles to getting to the elevator.

Visited a couple of times while in town both sat at the bar for drinks and sat in the restaurant for food. The service has been really good on all occasions and the food, whilst the standard menu, was still good - you can see it being made through the kitchen too. Restaurant seemed pretty empty when we visited at 730pm which seemed a bit odd / unusual so could have had a slightly better atmosphere but perhaps it was just the day. Only down side was on one of the occasions at the (mainly empty) bar a guy on his own who seemed the worse for ware (not sure if just drunk or one of the people off the street) chose to sit right next to us drinking a pint of water and looking over a lot which was quite unsettling - would’ve been good for the bar staff to notice this and perhaps check in / the door staff to perhaps pay a bit more attention to who is coming in but otherwise good .
