The place is very small and full of students hustling about. Me and my friend decided to share the four pierce meal as it came with 3 sides and it was more than enough food! The chicken was good and I loved the garlic mashed potatoes.

The chicken is fantastically brined with a great brioche bun. I like how the food comes out in nice porcelain plates and serving dishes as well, it's an elegant touch. The piece of chicken is truly a sight to behold. It doesn't fit in your mouth. It won't fit unless you unhinge your jaw. I'm not saying you should but it was so impressive it was difficult to eat. If you're a fried chicken aficionado like myself you're going to want to come check out honeybird!

Chicken seasoning was good, the chicken was not cooked all the way through, pink/blood inside so I could not finish it. They charge 50 cents extra for the sauces. The ranch was good, the comeback sauce was too tart for my liking. The chipotle Mac n cheese salad is not good imo, the waffle fries were of standard quality. Popcorn chicken is extremely overcooked with many of the pieces not even edible. After trying numerous things on the menu, I wouldn’t pay for it again.

ATTENTION!! I really hoped this $16.97 bagel would come double sided, or AT LEAST have fresh ingredients. But no, I got an acid smelling bagel with the most unappetizing sliver of disgusting grayish farmed salmon. Garbage it was literally by far the worst bagel of my life and I’m from California. I will forever regret the $17 I should have spent on a dulce coffee AND sandwich. On the contrary, I would be happy to take my review down if corporate offers me a regular, appetizing, spicy chicken sandwich to make up for such a poor breakfast experience. Honestly this was the worst start to my day in a long time and I hope I save some poor souls from having to experience how AWFUL their breakfast is.

Love the food, it's so delicious! I really enjoy the fried chicken and collard greens. I've been trying to recreate it, that's how good it is- tangy with bacon bits. It's a smallish restaurant with outside seating and the customer service is good. The ambience is chill with laid back music playing in the background. The pricing is normal priced for a meal, not too high and not too low. I also highly recommend the desserts in here such as the honey pie, very sweet and yummy!

It's okay not great. But pretty affordable due to it being in a student campus. I got the 2pc spicy meal and the chicken was crispy. Side I chose was the Mac & Cheese which could've been better. Maybe I needed to try something else to provoke a "wow" factor in me but what I was was not bad but also not great. Staff was very friendly and welcoming as well (:

The horrible experience started off with the person who had an attitude from the jump! Not welcoming not trying to help with your order as well as no effort to ensure it was correct. Then we moved on to receiving the order which of course was wrong. Why should I be surprised the order before mine was wrong as well. I finally get my corrected food and found it to be disgusting-it was greasy and tasteless. The hush puppies were all smashed and overly fried and the chicken was greasy and plain. When I took back the order because I believed it was still incorrect the person with no personality wanted to challenge me and say I didn't order what I KNOW I Did! If you don't like your job or dealing with people find another one. You ruined my experience and made my food even more intolerable. A waste of $20!

So I came here yesterday with my partner because she's always wanted to try it. The food was good hands down. The mac and cheese was great, the chicken sandwich was great, greens were a little too sweet but over all good food! For the price though I'd go elsewhere. I spent over 50 dollars for 2 chicken sandwich combos which is pretty expensive. Now the problem that I have with this place are the employees. After I finished paying for my food which again I spent 50 dollars on, I asked for a ranch. One ranch. I was told it was 50 cents. Now I didn't know it was 50 cents, the short girl with purple eyebrows ,colored hair with the glasses told me it's on the sign and went back and forth with me over some ranch while giving attitude and looking at the other employee like she was irritated receiving approval. She was very rude. Just let me have the ranch lol. Didn't want to give contact info on management. Told me to call the number on the menu but the number on the menu was the number to the restaurant lol. Eventually an employee came out the back, super chill, and gave me...TWO RANCHES. SHOUT OUT TO HIM! 2 stars just because of the service. Be sure to not ask for anything extra or else purple eyebrows will get you. Horrible customer service. Remember you work in food service , nothing to brag about but you need to improve on social skills put the attitude to the side and just do your job or work somewhere else where you don't have to interact with customers lol. Very simple.
