CASH ONLY. We got the Howard’s Special Combo and a Turkey burger. They let me swap French fries for zucchini fries. Everything was really delicious and the prices are very reasonable. I am interested in trying the hot dog or the taco next time.Parking: Parking is one way off of Venice. The lot is kind of small as it shares the space with a laundromat and several other restaurants but I was able to find parking without issue. There is sone street parking.

Had a couple good visits. 1 bad experience. Burgers are on par with the prices. Decent value if they don't try to overcharge you. Be watchful of the Hispanic lady that's ringing you up and pay attention to what she's charging you. Lost a repeat customer over a few bucks. What a shame.

Have been trying to find a good legacy burger place on the west side. This is not it. Ordered a chili burger with cheese and onion rings. The patty appeared to be pre-made from a frozen food supplier. Chili had no flavor. The onion rings appeared to be straight from the freezer. I support local businesses but will not be coming back here. This establishment has the opportunity to reignite its former reputation, but, from my perspective, it's riding on a reputation that expired some time ago.

Good burgers! I like the sweet potato fries. The inside has lots of burger joint smell vibes so if you struggle with sensory overload plan to takeout.
May have been spectacular at one time. With all the great burger joints on the Westside. Howard's would not be my first choice.

Bacon Avocado burger was nothing special, bun was not soft and beef was not juicy. Not terrible but I'd honestly rather grab a double western burger from carl's jr at that price point.Fries were as underwhelming as it gets; see photo and you can probably taste the mediocrity through the screen. I recognize that fries are very subjective and if these bland potato pillows are your nostalgia hit then have at it, but I threw mine away.Refills cost $1 (limit 1 for some reason). I'll never understand why places penny pinch to the point of insult like that. Internet presence is neglected, so the menu attached to the store's google listing has incorrect prices. No bathroom.Service was great. The lady smiled and made me happy with her speed and friendliness. I wish the food could have sustained that good feeling.
