Wow! What happened to this place? There's zero ambience, but one knows that going in. Hu's could be counted on for good Chinese food. That's not the case any more. The egg rolls seem hastily prepared with partially chopped contents. Fried rice? Don't bother. Plenty of it, but no flavor. We had a shrimp a shrimp dish which was good, but certainly unremarkable. Wednesday is the only day you can dine inside the restaurant for dinner now, and you need to call to make reservations,according to the staff. Otherwise it’s take out only.The food was simply ok, decent, not outstanding, but we didn’t try the green beans, or other dishes they seem to be famous for, and got nothing spicy. The hot sour soup was neither, not spicy nor sour. But it was warm and filling. Didn’t see any chili oil to add to food. Not sure if we will try them again.Very...read full review
