Visited with my wife and my son on a weekday, the place was busy, surprisingly the service was impeccable and the Food was delicious! The restaurant manager "Frankie" came to our table to chat with us, we felt very welcome and will come back again for drinks and some nice burgers! We Highly recommend

Food was very good service is horrible. Had to wait more than 15 minutes and that's after I waved a waiter down They need to work better on customer service and serving the customer as they arrive not when they feel like they should.the place was not busy when I walked in at all.

Despite arriving at opening and being one of the first customers in, service took a long time. The person who seated us was super nice and pointed out the lunch menu and the rewards program. Unfortunately no one warned us that despite downloading the Islands app, it could take 24 hours to get the coupon for free chips and guac. Not their fault, but they should warn customers about that when promoting the program because I certainly felt duped. It's been 23 hours and I still haven't received the coupon so I'd call this a waste of time and energy. It look a long time for the server to take our order. A table for 3, which was seated after us and ordered after us got their food before us, which was a bit annoying. Bottomless fries are gone (since the pandemic). No validation. Really, no reason to ever come back here.

Islands has been my go too for years. But, for the last few, I've gone even more. The islands in Porter ranch bar tender Johnathan is my favorite. He's so kind my food and drinks are always quick. He makes it a good time everytime I go. Islands is a typical place however, this one is clean and the ambiance is always a vibe.

Islands is a restaurant in the same plaza as Vons and other places. It has easy access and plenty of parking. Inside is decorated tropical style, to be honest that is not as important as their delicious burgers. Omg!!! Those burgers are awesome. Service is pretty good as well . Great desserts too

The taco shells were too thick and they did not taste like they were done they were sort of gummy the cheese fries we ordered with bacon they only had cheese and bacon on the top none was on the bottom they were dry and cold like they were old never send food back because you don't know what they do to it in the kitchen I've seen things on TV I have been there many times before but I've had burgers and they were always delicious this was the first time I've ever been there and was disappointed in in the food I used to always take my grandkids to island

I have to admit, my first and second experience at this location was horrible but it was a few years ago. Once was at the bar for happy hour and the second was dining in the restaurant, my overall feeling was that they had a horrible manager running the restaurant - I actually requested to speak to a manager and knew right away his incompetence was why they lacked in customer service. I ended up contacting Islands customer support directly, I thought they should be aware of my horrible experience as someone who dines out frequently. The team at islands corporate got back to me right away and since then I have seen drastic improvements on both the service and the food. The last 3 times I've eaten there, the burgers came out better then ever. It could also be that I was there during lunch time vs dinner. The service at the bar during happy hour has also greatly improved. I'm not sure if management has changed, I no longer see the guy I spoke to a few years back. As you can see, I'm a fan of islands and this is the only location close by so I'm very pleased at the improvement I've seen since my initial experiences. I do wish they had validation for parking, I hate having a pay for parking in areas that don't need it - like westchester. Their other location which closed in Marina del Rey had a free private lot so it's a bit annoying.

Not worth the price anymore . I remember the meat being better . For me it's double the price it should be : service was fantastic . Clean restaurant .

This location provides the best atmosphere especially while watching various sporting events. It's just so comfortable here!! The team is very accommodating. So easy to have conversations with Ileana, Apollo, Alex and Mia. It truly feels like I'm amongst family. Let's not forget, the food is great!!

This location has the best employees. Apollo and Ileana are always so nice to me. They know how to make me feel comfortable because they pay such close attention to my Islands needs. The food always comes out within 15 minutes of ordering. Always a pleasure dining at this location.
