The establishment's current state is profoundly disconcerting. It appears that there has been a turnover in staff, resulting in a significant decline in professionalism. The behavior of the Hispanic employees is lamentably unbecoming, as evidenced by their questionable treatment of both customers and their disregard for the basic task of serving beverages in a satisfactory manner. The failure to fulfill this fundamental duty is deeply concerning and reflects poorly on the establishment. It is particularly distressing given that this is a Korean-owned business, raising serious questions about the hiring practices and the presence of discriminatory attitudes among the staff. Customers rightfully expect to be treated with respect and attentiveness, especially considering the financial support they provide to the business. Such lapses in service are simply unacceptable and warrant immediate attention from the management.

I love to get boba once in a while cuz of their variety of options, good taste and usually they have great costumer service. This was my first time getting shitty attitude from the women who works there. Her name is Jiselle. Bad service, bad explanation of the drinks, and got my order wrong even tho I told her how to make it twice. Then didn't even say sorry and charged me for milk foam that she forgot to charge. And the drink was too sweet. Never coming back.

The prices were reasonable and there were many many options to choose from. Customer service was average, which I would say is typical for this type of an establishment. I've tried other boba places and enjoyed strawberry smoothies elsewhere. That being said, there is a large sitting area that was fairly free given it was a Saturday afternoon. Lots of traffic, they consisted of more to-go items leaving room in the restaurant though. Wouldn't "highly recommend" but wouldn't deter.

I hope this lady knows that this is a Korean-owned business. I came here to get boba, and she has the laziest crappiest attitude ever. She is kind to her race which is anyone that's not Korean. FIRE HER IMMEDIATELY
IBT never disappoints. I like that this one has a good parking lot. The service was quick and efficient. My boba tea was excellent.

I usually go to this location because it is near my neighborhood. The drinks are always good. My go-to is the Taro milk tea or Peach Lychee tea. I will say the service from employees working the register is not always great. I think they need to improve their customer service. Everyone looks like they're annoyed to work there.

Today was one of those days so we stopped in and grabbed a few drinks. Service was fast and they have a lot of great options on the menu. I have been to many different locations around town and they are all very consistent. Parking is really easy in this area because there’s a large parking lot attached to the strip mall.Today we ordered a few drinks, but my favorite of the ones that I ordered today was the Frosty Milk. It’s not something I order often but it’s great when I’m in the mood for a treat. I got the Strawberry, Pudding, and Boba combo, and would recommend it. I definitely will be back many times in the future.
