This business is a long block and a half from home in Arlington Heights but… I think I’d go out of the way to enjoy their beans and baristas. Place is always clean and service is pretty fast for the quality of the product. It’s tucked in a narrow alley off of Pico at Crenshaw (Gus’s Chicken corner) but there is always a spot in the parking lot.Don’t park there to go to Gus’, you might get jacked up.You like your coffee? This is one of those. Enjoy folks

I'd been meaning to try this place & let me say, I'm glad I finally did! This spot is such a cute hidden gem.•There was plenty of parking. (We went right after opening hour)• We were pretty much 1st customers for the day & the lady that helped us was really quick with our drinks/meals.• Inside had plenty of different seating options, from small tables to bigger tables.• It felt really cozy, had nice decor, & was overall a great spot for me & my friend to study/write.• I had the mango sour refresher, which was refreshing & didn't feel like a punch to the face sour, it was just right.• I also had the cheese & jalapeño croissant which was warmed up, flaky, & tasty. We'll definitely come back again soon!

Comfy and cute vibes going on in this cafe! Seems like an easygoing spot to work or study at, a good amount of outlets as well. The barista was helpful and patient with my family's large order. I ordered the iced matcha latte with oat milk since I noticed that they hand whisked their matcha! The matcha wasn't as strong as I'd like, but it was good and very mellow!

I’d recommend this place 1000x over any chain coffee. The jalapeño & cheese pastry was fire. I got the Spanish latte too and it perfectly satisfies a sweet tooth craving. So so good.

Chill, low key cafe with great coffee. I usually get the Spanish Latte hot or the New Orleans Latte (iced). They used to do waffles but they stopped that. There are always people working on their laptops and the service is fast and friendly .

I have been a regular customer at this establishment since it first opened, and I have always received exceptional service. Unfortunately, today when I arrived, the place was empty. As I sat down to set up my workspace and was on a phone call, I had only been there for about 10 minutes when a staff member approached me and asked if I was waiting for someone. I replied that I was not, and she informed me that I needed to place an order before sitting down. I was taken aback by this, as I had never encountered such a rule before. I explained that I had been a loyal customer for some time and had never been asked to order before sitting. I asked if there was a specific reason for this new policy, and she responded that it was because some people come in and never order anything. Feeling offended, I expressed my disbelief and asked if this had anything to do with my skin color, as I am black. She responded with a smirk and asked, "What?" I then asked for her name, and she identified herself as Nicole. I inquired about the manager, specifically mentioning the person with short blonde hair, and she confirmed that it was indeed the manager. I informed her that the manager had never treated me in such a manner before, and I found the whole situation to be ridiculous. Nicole suggested that I could speak to the manager if I wished, but she displayed a lack of concern and did not offer an apology. I strongly believe that if I were a person of a different skin color, she would not have asked me such a question. It is disheartening to realize that this incident has tarnished my perception of one of my favorite coffee shops, which I used to enjoy for its Spanish latte and previous excellent service. This situation is truly unfortunate.

Love this place! Coffee is so good! Didn't know what to order so I asked the barista what she recommended from the signature drinks, and she said Honey Oat Latte. Let me tell you she was spot on with the suggestion. It was the perfect balance of sweetness. She made it so well!!! Hubby got the cold brew and I tried it, so smooth! Highly recommend this place! Will definitely be coming back :)

Terrible service and attitude. The place wasn't busy at all and I was the only one placing an order at that time. The barista took my order then decided she just didn't want to make my drink. It took about 15 minutes after asking several times if my order would be out. Mind you I only ordered a latte. I've been coming here for quite some time and if you're going to raise prices to over $7 for a latte then at the very least your customer service should be great. Won't be coming back!

Hidden Gem! Modern, hip coffee shop, great for getting a little work done. Quiet. Power outlets for charging/ laptops. Japanese drip style coffee offered! Great bakery items and creative coffee creations!

Ambiance: quiet coffee store and spacious inside, outdoor seating setup as well, packed and shared parking lotService: the barista is very incapable to make any latte art Drink: simple handwritten menu Blue Mint Latte - *** artificial flavor Match Latte - ** flavorless watery tastePrice: it costs $7+ per drink, overpriced for its mediocre quality

Good coffee and inside decor in a not-so-great spot. We stopped by ~5pm and we were the only customers. It could be busier in the morning. Latte was decent and I think it'd definitely have more potential if the location was in a more happening spot.
