The workers in the night shift never fail to make you feel like you did something wrong by entering the store. It's not welcoming at all. The drinks are made good tho most of the time! But have to prepare myself to walk in wondering if the person at the register will be kind on not.

For the past few days, I have been experiencing severe symptoms of poisoning following my visit to this establishment on October 12, 2023.

I love Jamba I always go to get açaí bowls when I want something light but don’t ever go to this location. It’s so unsanitary my boyfriend and I got food poisoning after eating açaí bowls. That was the only thing we had to eat yesterday and after a couple hours after eating we both started vomiting and having horrible symptoms. I had to go to the hospital. Literally would rate 0 starts if it was an option.

Anel J played in my food with her personal cell phone with no lid, no gloves, no hair net. When I informed her that I didn’t want the food that she had just played in she called the police on me. Typical white folks behavior when dealing with black people. Just luckily I recorded it for my protection. The places employee people that like to do nasty things to your food. Have full video but won’t let me post.

Great service I mobile ordered , my drink was ready and as soon as they saw me grab my drink they warmed up my waffle , can’t ask for more .

no stars for my visit some people at this location need customer service training i asked another team member for the ladys name who helped me she said she was the manager named anel she really needs to learn how to greet customers and talk to customers my drink wasnt made correctly i am not sure whats happening with this location it hasnt been the same for the past 6 months thank god they are opening a robeks down the street. you will not see me here or my employees here anymore taking our business elsewhere
