Came here on a rainy Saturday (3-2-24) at 6:20pm to order an açaí bowl and the employee (Fernando) told me they were not serving any bowls anymore because they were about to close. I thought maybe they closed at 6:30pm so I asked for two smoothies and went about my day. He was quick, I didn't wait more than 5 minutes because there was no one else in the shop. I then checked the hours of operation and this location closes at 7pm. He had 40 minutes til closing, no customers or orders pending and I wasn't able to order what I initially went in for.

It says they close at 7 but I came at 645 and doors locked. And worker was cleaning up already with lights off

I went to this store at 7:15 and they closed at 8, I asked for a smoothie bowl and they said they had put all their fruit away but offered to make a smoothie. How can you make a smoothie if you put your fruit away, workers were just lazy and didn't want to clean up more of a mess that the smoothie bowl would make. Why is the fruit put away 45 minutes before closing ?

This location is definitely subpar. They did not make my strawberry bowls fresh, they pulled out the frozen bowls from their fridge and just topped them. I'd rather drive a bit further to another location. General or district managers should definitely look into the bad reviews.Also, terrible service. Employees in the back room while customers wait for someone to show up.

Awkward they hate all black and brown people and simply refuse to serve them unless they act like white people. ....believe that.

I came in 40 minutes before closing on 5/10/2023 and the workers refused to take my açai bowl order I can only imagine it's because they didn't want to get extra work to clean up. Why list a closing time of 7pm if you aren't going to respect any orders before that time

For some odd reason this Jamba has the worse customer service. They'll have you waiting in line for minutes with out any acknowledgment. It's always dirty. Napkins be all over the floor tables be sticky. It's just an overall mess
I like the way they make my smoothies and it’s nice and clean inside. However I went at 6:50pm and they already had everything closed down. They are supposed to be open until 7:30pm on Fridays

Was here today and there was a girl in there working by herself and she had everything under control she did a good job. Her customer service was great. Only reason I don't give it 5 stars is because I think there should be more than one person running the store. I know what's it like working by yourself with no help. Gets stressful. She should have at least one more person in there to help her so it won't get overwhelming. Other than that everything was good.
