They were supposed to be open at 9. I waited until almost 9:30 before I left. There was an employee waiting outside talking on the phone. I don't think they had keys. I always have issues with this location, even when ordering online. Half the time, it doesn't let me because they have online orders turned off.

They still serve the old menu options just have to ask. Parking is plenty. A great option when shopping at the connection

Their customer support team reached out to me about a bad experience saying they would make it right and then GHOSTED ME. LOL that's so sad! They were doing so good. Original issue: they ran out of medium cups (I ordered a medium Jamba) so they put it in a large. That large cup wasn't even half way full. Like what the heeeeeeylll. Anyway, they were on their way to make it right but totally didn't.

Don't let the closed original LA Cienega Blvd storefront location @ Beverly Connection fool you. They moved deeper in the mall, near the restrooms.

Don't waste your time they'll make you wait until they finish there online orders and make you wait again help people with mobile orders and then skip you help the next guest so you waited for nothing just go to another location that people know how to work

Overall this location is ol but still has room for improvement since the employees working there don't know how to appreciate customer's business. If it werent for us they wouldn't have a job. Also, parking inside tge Beverly Connection can be free if you enter this Jamba Juice location, grab what you previously ordered, and then go. I think the most that you can take is 15 minutes or the parking would charge you a dollar for the first hour.

Came in today placed A Order for 2 large drinks cashier Named priscilla was extra rude...Towards me during the whole transaction I told her no ice in my drinks at the time of ordering my drinks..I watched her make my drinks low and behold she puts two double scoops of ice... she said to me No you didn't calling me a lie right to my face... this lady was loud rude/she has a serious chip on her shoulder.. she didn't want to issue a refund and got upset with me! I see it's a pattern with her from previous guess... she needs Fired or suspended with this type of attitude This is just ridiculous I will never ever be returning to this Jamba Juice.

Terrible customer service. Hispanic cashier had a bad attitude and was rude to customers. Obvious she hates her job and lacks ANY customer service whatsoever. Went at 4:15 on a Tuesday afternoon.

Great location! I visit this location at least twice a day. They all know my order without me telling them. Because of my throat cancer recovery, I only drink smoothies and shakes. I stop at every Jamba Juice I drive by. Very nice group of people at this location.

Never understood why people who don't like to be in a customer service job take customer service jobs Priscilla needs to change her attitude, greeted her all she said was "What can I get for you" very very dry, you can see the ugly in her. Side line conversation can wait until you are done making my fu(kin drink. Don't be mad at the customer that you a cashier. Be a boss... ijs $15 dollars isn't worth it.

All consistent, all fresh and all tasty There's a shot like Spicey drink for energy that comes in a tiny plastic sauce cup I like. It's $2 then zip! ‍. Purchased it many times

These guys are always great. Sometimes they are out of an ingredient, but still make a great smoothie.

I feel like this location either only hires rude people or trains them to be rude. That seems to be a reoccurring theme in these reviews. You would THINK someone in management would read this and care. Anyway, go to the MANY other (more pleasant) juice shops in the area.
