I am so irritated with this place, Ordered it on the app to go pick up a drink and a snack. I ordered the Belgian parfait which is supposed to be with strawberries blueberries granola coconut whipped cream and honey, it also has their Belgian waffle heated which makes it really good. I was running out of time off my break so I decided to eat it in the car, There was no strawberries, no granola, and I had added banana which she forgot I had to remind her before I left, there was literally five slices of banana for an extra dollar and some change. I could not turn around because I was coming back from my lunch and I was running late due to all the traffic. I feel like this was a complete waste of my time and waste of my money. Their computers were down so what I was greeted with was I'm so sorry we can't take your order our computers down. No hello no welcome no hey did you order from our app because our computers are down. I feel like the customer service here needs a little bit more training.

Worst customer service. Incredibly rude servers on several occasions and even worse management as I addressed it kindly and was completely ignored. Love Jamba juices smoothies but won't be going back as I would rather spend my money elsewhere. No need to be treated poorly by others as kindness goes a long way nowadays..

I treat myself to a Jamba every time in refill my prescription in the area.On Tuesday the 10th I called to make a pick up order and was refused.Phone: press 1 for phone orders.Girl: we don't do phone orders, come inMe: I always do a phone order? Why?Girl:it's policy to not take phone orders.Me: but literally dozens of times at this store you do phone orders.Girl:well it's up to the specific employee and we aren't doing phone orders right now.Basically, your new employee doesn't wanna do the job she's supposed to do.

Employees always look unhappy, the enthusiasm is nonexistent.They're clearly trying their best but it seems that management does an insufficient job of supporting their employees.The smoothies feel overpriced considering they're not much more than juice concentrate, sherbet, and a couple scoops of fruit.Jamba as a brand overall has really declined these past few years.The pb banana was my favourite but almost 10 dollars for a large is ridiculous considering I can make it myself at home for significantly less.

This Jamba never gets my drink correct. I ask for a thick drink they give it watery and then wrong size. The employees seem sad or unhappy this could be a deeper issue with management. I'm leaning towards management I think everyone deserves to smile and be happy at work. Regardless, from the last 3-4 times I went, waste of money and not the quality I remember. I'm better off blending my own smoothies atleast ill get the quality I expect.

I never write BAD reviews... but this place is horrible especially At night time... the workers are nasty BORING AND SO SLOW.... I feel bad for the Jamba brand hiring losers like this.... They should learn a thing or two about customer service from Starbucks... and whatsup with those nasty out of touch cups?? Please JAMBA for the love of God, dont let this store ruin the image you guys had once.

I have loved Jamba Juice for years BUT!!! Changing your cups to paper makes it melt way too quickly. Please provide and alternative solution to keep my Jamba frozen as long as possible. Thanks!

Waiting in line to order I observed an employee clean dirty dishes, clean and replace full trash cans then proceeded to prepare customers orders without washing her hands. I left without ordering anything.

This location I have visited many times and I’ve always had an issue but this Saturday July 1st I can the most amazing encounter with the manager! Great customer service, so joyful and you could see she enjoys her job and greeted me as I walked in even though she was washing dishes so helpful when it came to breaking down what the drink had and what she could do to fit my best need get the smoothie I wanted!To Blanca, I truly appreciate you and how you greeted me and treated me I will be returning to this location specifically for her and her amazing customer service.

Like any other franchise but located inside City Walk. No lines and fast service. Good to cool down in the summertime.

From experience I have learned it's better to call In first and check if they had any carrots or oranges and was informed that the machine is broken. It is always something with this store I have a feeling that they will probably close down or shut the store down in a year or two. There are always issues either out of stock on fruit or the machines broken.

Hi Yelp why are you erasing my reviews? This place is my worst experience ever!Some girl who hates her job when the store was EMPTY - when I entered she is treating customer like "WE ARE SO BUSY YOUR DRINK WILL COME OUT IN 20MIN." Seriously? That means she just want us to get the f*** out. In fact one of the guy made my drink within 2 min.We were about to yell at her but we didnt want to mess up a day because of her. NEVER GOING BACK

This place just sucks, over 30 minutes to get a damn smoothie at 2pm. Staff is painfully slow and seem very new. They also do orders completely out of order. The guy that showed up 20 mins after me got his order before me. I hate this place so much. Wasted my lunch time.
