I'm cool with employees playing their own music on their phones instead of whatever corporate stuff is come through the sound system, but if you're gonna do that, turn the house music off. Having the two battle against each other is super annoying.

It's really sad seeing this place only have ONE person working and still expects this person to run the store with online and in-person orders. Elton you are a superstar and this company is lucky to have you working for them. I cannot believe they didn't have you close the door since it was just you on the floor.

I am a big JM fan having been to many in California and Arizona and I have never given one less than 5 stars which may be the only big chain with that distinction. This is another location batting it out of the park with great subs, staff and convenient location. Manager Charlie did an awesome job making my tuna sub. It was the best tuna sub I've had in 2023. Well done Charlie and JM. JM retains my title as best sub chain in the USA. Congratulations Jersey Mike's team.

Right off the bat, we walked in and were greeted with smiles and hellos!!! The staff was so nice and welcoming and then they made the best sandwich for us.

I bought a sub from here and when I opened it, a fly flew out of it. To make things worse, a glass cup broke when trying to kill the fly, and a piece of glass cut my foot. Such a horrible experience that should’ve never happened. Get a bug machine.

We order 2 giant sandwiches($40) at least 4 to 5 times a week. We ordered 2 giant sandwiches yesterday and didn't make it there in time to pick it up. We called today to pick it up and they told us they were not there any more and we would have to order and pay for it again? Is this how you treat your loyal customers? REALLY?
Went there later in the evening cuz I had a rather pathetic hankering for a meatball sub and Subway was closed. They couldn't make meatball subs here which was fine so I got the chipotle chicken sandwich with no cheese instead. Staff was super friendly and got me and my bro our sandwiches quickly. Was disappointed to find my sandwich indeed had cheese on it. It ended up being one of the most inedible substances I've ever consumed, and I once ate cardboard. The cheese made me physically sick and the chicken itself was the consistency of said cardboard. My bro said his sandwich was good though so I suspect it was just an isolated situation. 3 stars for the service but unfortunately would not go again

I went to the Jersey Mike's in Ladera Heights, California. There were four people standing around behind the counter, took over five minutes for me to put in an order. The table behind the counter acted like they didn't want to work. I ordered my salmon and it took another 10 minutes. I've been going to Jersey Mikes for about three years now with the worst experience I've ever had that I'm questioning without even go back.

Ask for pickles and yellow peppers and extra juice I even asked the person charging me if it was done and he stated yes but when I looked at the sandwich it had none of what I asked, I even gave them a tip of over 15 percent for them to mess up my order never going there again.

I used to live in west la and I'd go here maybe once a month if not more. I continue to return bc the staff here are friendly and the food tastes fresh. This week, the Timothee Chalomet staff member was very sweet and hyped up my day. The guy with the glasses always rings me up or passes me my mobile order. He helps me with my Jersey mikes app all of the time lol. The tall guy with the mustache is friendly and is always smiling. The girl wasn't working that day, but she's always efficient and so kind. I always tip this team bc they deserve it. My go to order is the number 7 turkey provolone mikes way, sub oil with mayo and add hot chili jelly. Recently found a hair in my sun mid bite. Was a brown/black facial hair. Maybe eyebrow or mustache I ate around it... anyways will still return bc I love the service and food at this location
