Sandwiches are always on point. I have always used take out and they have never failed me. The staff has always been great. The only reason I do not rank 5 stars is because I have not dined in.

Bad customer service. I arrived to the restaurant at 8:15 pm when I arrived was advised by one of the employees "Just to let you know it will take 10mins before bread is ready, we currently have bread in the oven" I waited 5mins in the lobby then walked outside for 10mins to give the employees time to get the bread ready. When returning at 8:30pm their were two customers been helped at the time so I waited to be helped. Once the employeeManager who had seen me walk in the first time and was told 10mins before the bread will be ready. The employee advised me they were all out of bread and can only offer a wrap. I told the employee I was just told 10 mins before the bread was ready and she resume to tell me " we literally just sold them all right now" I was excited about the new location but now will not be going back again.

Do not bother ordering from the app for a pick up because they will most likely get your order wrong. It happened to me two times today around 1pm..with the online ordering. I went with my family. We ordered off the app and they got 2 of our 3 individual orders wrong.The place is clean, it was not busy, if you’re going to order, do it in person.I feel bad, because my partner did not like his onion filled sandwich (he requested no onions), and my sandwich left me puffy because of the excess salt and Mike’s way that my body doesn’t get along with..Besides that the employees seem nice, maybe it’s something wrong with the system that did this, just order in person if you want to be satisfied.

Their food is really good, but I’m a bit concerned on how this shop is managed. I ordered online and I called the store to ensure my order was correct before they make it. I have ARFID, which is a restrictive eating disorder that requires that my food be made as ordered. The issue I ran into was their phone was completely shut off, what restaurant does that?While my eating disorder isn’t harmful if I do eat ingredients that I didn’t order (other than a bout of nausea), I’m concerned about people with food allergies who totally depend on verifying with the restaurant to make sure the order is correct. Fix this issue and the place would easily be 5 stars.

Very strange experience, when I walked in the workers did nothing but look awkwardly at me and didn’t greet me at all, I had to tell them good morning to get any kind of reaction out of them and still they were all awkward ash. Not impressed with this location. I was the only one in the store and had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to ask me what I wanted. When they did, the girl was not very happy about having to do it. Not to worry, JM's is my favorite sandwich shop and will return.
