Great if you want to spend $100 for a tiny portion of microwaved nonsense. Bought the trio and it came with maybe 10 chips, a spoon full of dip, a few egg rolls and about 5 pieces of batter ("buffalo bites").Servers were dealing with a lot and great. I will definitely say that.

We had a 21st birthday dinner there for my sister and even short staffed they gave us good food and excellent service. We asked to replace the burger meat for beyond meat, and they did. Our server Bill was funny and went above and beyond for us. Thank you Bill, I would recommend going here.

Exceptional staff. Friendly. Helpful without being overbearing. Manager stop by to see how everything was and when I gave some feedback he was open to hearing it and took immediate steps to remedy it. The chef even came back from back of the house to talk to me. I would eat here again in a minute.

Horrible service, party of 6 sat down and waited 30 min and still not even greeted. Not again we all got up walked out and told the front that we never were greeted and wouldn't be back. Not one single sorry!!!
Cool decor and no wait. Went on a weekday lunch. Pasta was nice and hot and noodles were al dente. Will be coming back to try other items.

All the other Universal Studios restaurants had an hour wait for a party of 14. Margaritaville was the only restaurant that could get us in sooner. The service was great. We loved our waiter Hunter he was on it, was quick, remembered everything given the size of our party. The food was ok, didn't care for the margaritaville flight, and all drinks were too sweet.
