Had a Veggie Hero made vegan since I was eating alone and didn’t need a whole pie. I added the eggplant, which came breaded (a nice surprise) and it was pretty good. Hearty and just cheesy enough for me, I might give their pizza a try before I go as well. Staff were super friendly and helpful, good diner style vibe and they have slices if you’re wanting something on the go.

It's actually vaguely reminiscent of NYC pizza! But it's supremely overpriced. They should consider their competitors. Their competitors have absolutely excellent 18 inch pizza pie options for 15 to 30 percent less the cost. Joe's is just truly not worth the cost at all - even the ingredients like standard tomatoes kind of actually suck. I am one and done. Glad for the vague nostalgia. Very vague.

Something seriously wrong with this location and it's getting worse every time. It's not Joe's pizza that I've been having regularly for 15 years - not even close. Situation is hopeless. You hire the wrong person with the wrong attitude and he will ruin your business. I'm sticking to Beverly Hills location. One extra star because I can't bring myself to give Joe the absolute lowest rating. This review will probably fall on deaf ears.
I had thin crust cheese to go. The slice was very flat and crispy with thin cheese. Well constructed slice to go. I will be back. There is very good parking along the residential street at the corner.

I love ❤️ Joe's Pizza ?! The service is great, the pizza is the best! And, I always want more. So thankful they are on my neighborhood! If you want a slice or a pizza, what are you waiting for?

I've ordered from this place 4 times. The first 3 times, the pizza was good quality and tasted like a solid close second to a real NYC slice. However, my most recent order was very disappointing. The pizza crust tasted old and under-cooked, and the garlic knots were inedible. On top of that, my scheduled delivery was 45 minutes late. When I called to check on the status of the order when it was 15 minutes past delivery time the employee on the phone answered "what order?" then claimed that it was already en route to me. This was clearly a lie since I live only 5-10 minutes away. No apology or concessions were offered for the delay.I hope this time was a fluke because l thought I had found something special in the neighborhood and wanted to keep supporting this business.

Very good and authentic NY Sicilian slice. The sauce was fresh and flavorful, and cheese had just the right amount of stretch and chew. The bread though, that brought me back to NY. Super crispy on the bottom.

Stopped at friends house and everyone was hungry. They recommend Joe's pizza to eat at. My friend was in walking distance from pizzaria. Walked down ordered Lg pizza half veggie other half pepperoni, sausage and mushrooms. Got back to friends house and we grubed. This pizza was delicious, washed down with coke cola in a bottle. I highly recommend Joe's pizza if your passing through Mid City.
