Came here after visiting the Getty to get a quick drink. I ordered the Classic Boba Milk Tea with 75% sweetness and less ice. I took a sip and I got a whole sip of syrup so it was much sweeter than anticipated. The boba is also clumped together so it gets stuck in the straw very easily. The tea flavor is a bit faint so it tastes more like boba milk than boba milk tea. Not sure if I'd return!

The boba was softer/stickier than I'd like, but the drinks weren't bad. They're each $5.50-6 without boba, and they have a combo deal when you buy popcorn chicken to get both for around $13. We got the matcha strawberry and jasmine milk tea.

This place is pretty bad. I ordered a milk tea and it was literally just water and boba. No taste at all. There is a place not too far from this one that is way better if you're in the area. Don't waste your time going here they have no idea how to make drinks
after having dinner nearby at a hot pot place, we decided to have some boba for dessert and found Just Boba. there is a bunch of competition in this area (4 boba places within a block radius) but i think i made the right choice. when you walk in, there are 2 kiosk machines that you can order from right by the entrance. i went with my go to drink of taro milk tea 100% sugar less ice. i usually order this when i visit new boba places to set the standard of how they are overall in general. the taro has a legit ube taste instead of the powdery artificial flavor like some of the lesser quality spots. i give my drink a solid 5/5 and i consider myself a boba connoisseur.the shop is very small in the westwood area and parking will be scarce. i'd recommend ordering your drink on their website for pick up to save some time. if you decide to walk in, there are about 6 seats against the wall in a bar seating style. they had the AC blasting at 61 degrees so i had to leave early since it was freezing.

I honestly think Just Boba is one of the better boba places in Westwood. The drinks are really well-made and the popcorn chicken is so good (they don’t skimp on the spice btw)! I also really like how you can easily order something on SnackPass and have it ready for pickup in a short time!

If I could give 0 stars I would! Unbelievable excuses and just plain bad business. Ordered almost $40 of food through Doordash around 10pm. Restaurant said it closes at 11pm. Received confirmation and venmo was charged.At 10:45 when the order was supposed to arrive I receive a message from the dasher he cannot deliver my order. I call the tea house and speak to someone who tells me their internet connection failed and therefore they were not aware of my order. Their cook also had to leave early for some reason so they ended up closing early.I told him how can they leave their door dash ordering available when they were closing early and not know about their internet connection being lost?The dasher who drove there wasted his time and lost $, I had to place another order after traveling for 6 hours which caused me to eat dinner at midnight.Beyond Livid!

I love the order kiosks because I can see the picture of the drinks and help me decide what drink I would like to try. I got the Taro milk tea with cheese foam and crystal boba, my personal favorite!!! Can't wait to try the matcha next. The staff was friendly and energetic.
Used to be really good. Noticed they started watering down all their teas lately and their boba is always soggy. So disappointing.
