K&K donuts is a neighborhood staple. They usually have a long line in the morning of people getting coffee and their freshly made donuts. Although those items are great, I typically stop by here once or twice a week to pick up a freshly made sandwich. Their sandwiches are really delicious and they give you a good amount of food for a great price. They have a big menu, turkey, ham, submarine, pastrami, veggie, etc. They honestly do have something for everyone.

I was in the area and wanted a donut. They had pretty good reviews on yelp so I decided to give them a try. They are located in a small plaza on the corner of Santa Monica and Alvarado. There are 3 businesses in the plaza and a total of 4 parking spaces, 1 of which is designated handicap. I was lucky to get a spot and went in. Inside was a bit dingy and there was bit much of a selection at 9:30am. While was looking through the case I saw perched on a donut hole a fly. I exited stage left.

Horrible customer service. The clerks were incompetent and didn't speak English well. They didn't give condiments even after I asked for them. The price was not correct. The place was cramped.

The sandwiches are so good here. Just remember to ask for no jalapeños if you don’t like it spicy. Donuts taste fresh too.They have fresh juice, hot/iced coffees and blended smoothies as well.

I've pasted this place dozens of times but finally came in after seeing all the positive reviews.They provide everything from donuts to sandwiches to smoothies and more. I got myself a croissant ham, cheese, bacon sandwich and it was great! Honestly gonna come here more seeing as how LA loves to hike up prices on sandwiches and juices/smoothies while everything here is priced reasonably!!! I been looking for a place like this to go to!

I come here for a banana smoothie all the time these guysMake some of the best smoothies in town they have excellent service everyone here is always super nice and brighten your day at times i would give this place ten stars if i could a total echo park gem which is usually overlooked because of its location but its worth skipping those other spots and coming here for breakfast did i mention they spill seal your smoothie so it doesn't spill in your car or on you this place is excellent
