Sat at a table waited several minutes then a server came didn't take an order and disappeared. We waited over 10 more minutes and left. We had eaten here before and it was outstanding. I think it was just a bad day or maybe the time we came in. Whatever the case we left disappointed. But we will be back to try again...earlier next time!

A great place visited once, had the soup and some kabob. It was great especially the soup which was delicious. Although it's a little dark inside more lighting would be better. Your casual kabob grill with actually good tasting food.

The food was delicious. However the menu prices are incorrect. They did apologized, I thank them for that. The amount of rice was ridiculous small compared to various other Persian restaurants and barely beef in the ghormeh sapsi. Howeverwe do understand everything is more expensive and probably they need to cut expenses. Thank you.

Not pretentious, but very good. Sadaf used to be our Go To for local Persian, but happy we food this restaurant. The restaurant hasn't been busy when we have visited for in dining or takeout, and that could lead you to believe it isn't good. That's not the case.

One of my favorite Mediterranean foods is the Kebab. It is my first choice from the menu, even at Persian restaurants like Kababe Grill, on Devonshire in Northridge. My order was for the beef Koobideh - a ground beef kebab. It comes with white rice, grilled onions, tomato and zucchini. The kebab had good color and a char taste but was slightly dry. I got the impression that it may have not been freshly prepared because they said it would take 10 minutes to have it ready (this is on a pick up order). I have been here before, but do not seem to have any documentation to support it :). And at that past visit, I vividly remember, that the kebab was prepared better and had more intense flavor and texture.
If you're a doordasher don't pick up from here, the orders are never done when you get there and they say five minutes but I've waited up to 20 in the past. Don't accept orders from here.

consistently great persian food. i eat here a lot and never leave disappointed. the meat is always juicy and tender, the rice soft and buttery. veggies grilled to perfection. the portions are large so you will leave full or with leftovers. i'm always looking for delicious and authentic iranian koobideh in the valley, and this is the best i've found so far!

Back at the best koobideh restaurant in the valley Kababe grill. Juicy, that mastoo moosir yum . Best Armenian lavash Outdoor patio dining was good today cool breeze in the shade. Ordered the soltani. The buttery rice omg feed me.

The food was bland and expensive. The skin was still on the onions. We only got four pieces of lavash. Very disappointing. The only pro was the woman at the cash register was extremely sweet and tried to be helpful. For the price, there are way better places.
