The people there make me feel bad for them. They have horrible customer service. They got these miserable faces. I was standing inside for like 5 minutes waiting for service, what seemed to be the manager, came out after someone started helping me. And I'm sure they have cameras inside that room they're in. You sense the bad attitude the moment you walk in. The order I asked for had a mixture of fries and nuggets, that didn't even come out right. No fries were given. This establishment needs a new crew with a little more positive attitude.

Drive thru order.After placing my order lady asked me to stop before I get to the window and then they will wave to me when it's ready. Fast forward my food was cold. THE COLESLAW TASTE WARM. COLESLAW WAS ROOM TEMPERATURE GROSS. ALSO THE SAUSES TASTE AS IF THEY ARE OUT OF CODE. (RANCID) LAST TIME I COME TO THIS LOCATION. I spent over 50 dollars btw.

Morning manager is lucky she has a job, I couldn’t believe she was a manager and the young little boy in drive through was useless. Who hired these people? I’m making sure this time I proceed with my complaint to corporate management. These employees have no business serving guest with the bad disposition they have.
Came in today it was great. Nice staff food hot and juicy. I got chicken nuggets meal. Clean store.Parking: Big parking lot

Went in to purchase 3 piece with coupon , was told I was unable to replace one piece for chicken breast even though on the coupon itself it said I could (xtra charge) , handed the manager the coupon and she pretended she couldn’t read . So I pointed out where on the coupon I found the information. The cashier (Laura) and the manager were whispering to eachother after the manager walked away through the headset . Once I got my order I politely asked for a cup holder where the manager from across the room said no and the other employee said she will go get them . VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND IMMATURE MANAGER .

This is my first review on Yelp cause I've never really bothered tbh. I've been to this KFC multiple times and every time the workers never know what they are doing. I decided to give it a chance again on a Sunday evening when it's supposed to be empty, and it was. But they prioritized the drive through and served about 4 cars who weren't there when I arrived. I had to wait longer than I should have. When I got my food, the employee didn't care if I needed anything else and had to ask myself, and when I did they just threw it in the bag. I ordered my sandwich a specific way (literally not that hard just extra Mayo) and nope, every single time I ask that they never do. How is place still in business lmao.

HORRIBLE , chicken tasted raw , soda was flat , and super expensive for nasty food ! lady kept rushing our order and wouldn't even listen without cutting us off right away . we didn't even end up getting the sauces we wanted cause as we were asking she just walked away and assumed which ones we'd ask for ?
