Had the best ramen of my life at this establishment (Tokyo Ramen). I love how you get to choose a level of spice AND numbness for your ramen, an interesting twist. Ramen was so good I ordered another helping when I was done with the first and stuffed myself until I could barely walk without doubling over. This place always has a line, and rightfully so.
Not extraordinary but pretty good ramen, I would come back again but I wouldn’t crave it. I’m not into grounded meat in ramen, which is the case. I’d rather ramen with more toppings and less focus on the broth and its spiciness. Their spice is really good though, at least according to my adventurous friends who got level 4. It builds up, so the first bite might not be that strong but the more you eat it, the more intense it gets.

DAMN! The best killer noodles! The noodles can go as hot as you want, from a scale of 1 through 6. My limit is 3 but I'm more comfortable with a level 2. Even at 2, I'm sweating. Every now and then, when I'm in a mood to torture myself with amazing spices, I go here. Try it, you will understand!
