I think that it’s fantastic that you can find authentic dim sum in this shopping center right by the bank, Ralph’s and Ross Dress for Less. If you want a palace with the staff circulating in carts, then go to SGV. But this is a great little East Hollywood eatery for a no-nonsense meal.

First time trying dim sum around this area and it did not disappoint. Came here on a Monday afternoon and there was no wait. The waitress seated us right way. The food came out quickly and was piping hot so you know it's fresh out of the kitchen. The food and drinks were served with paper plates but don't let that fool you because the food was delicious. I'm a big fan of the chicken feet, it might be scary to others by the looks of it but it's very flavorful. The baked BBQ Pork bun with puff pastry was my favorite as well, the sweetness of the bbq pork and the puff pastry is a sweet and savory combination that you must order. The Scallops Pork Shrimp Siu Mai was something I never tried before. Scallops in a siu mai? I never had it before but after tasting this combo, I've became a fan. The Sticky Rice Seafood Shrimp Ball was an unique item that was filled with shrimp, and sticky rice with a bouncy texture that I never thought that I would like but ended up enjoying. I also tried the egg tarts, rice noodles with shrimp, green leek dumplings, sesame ball with red bean, deep fried dumpling and baked BBQ bun all were solid and a staple at dim sum places. There was plenty of parking in the underground parking lot. Service was face and friendly. I would definitely be returning again for dim sum.

Really great dim sum!! Food came quickly and the pricing was extremely reasonable, all of the employees were very nice. Plenty of space inside to eat. Will be coming back again :)

So glad that a great dim sum place exists in LA! The dim sum is just as good if not better than what's available in SGV without having to driving far out. As others mentioned you're eating in styrofoam plates and are given packet soy sauce and hot mustard when dining in, but everything we ordered was great: Turnip cake had a nice crispy crust, the har gow is clear and shrimp is plump. The rice rolls are some of the best I've had. Definitely going to come back again soon!

Small mom & pop dimsum spot. So large groups aren't recommended. The food was AMAZING. Waaaaay better than I initially expected. I was wrong to judge them on the plates & utensils. Would definitely come back.

bad customer service, cold dumplings, no flavor at all, definitely I keep my heart with ixlb.

The food is excellent. The only improvement they need do is to be more fast in service. Aside from that everything is perfect. Place is so clean which I really like. My family love your food so much Thank You for the good service

We absolutely loved this place! The fried seafood shrimp balls were so AMAZING I absolutely forgot to take a picture. My daughter adored the iced black tea. My sister (not an adventurous eater) loved this place. Do yourself a favor & save room for the baked egg tart. It is so scrumptious to eat that I ate it before the food!

I was really craving dim sum but since I live in LA I usually have to drive out to SGV to get some but this day I was feeling lazy. Decided to try kingdom as it's been on my list and it was decent and scratched my dim sum itch. It's located in kind of a random shopping plaza in Hollywood but there is a parking lot. It's more of a cafe style so you go in and there are tables but you order thru ur phone and they just bring it out to you which is totally fine. Like most reviews say no thrills or frills, paper plates and cups lol. All good though. Really flavorful dim sum though! I'll definitely come back when I'm craving dim sum again but don't want to drive out haha. I'd say it's a little more pricey i think my total with a tea was $30 so about $35 with tip.
