Pleasant comfortable small restaurant kind of ambience. Staff overall seemed personable. Not exactly charming or engaging, but present. Food overall was mediocre. Fine. Not creative or impressively fresh. Nothing stood out. Prices on many items seemed fair. Even dishes that were "market price" were not outrageous. So I can't say it was over priced, to their credit. (on a Wednesday night) Then we got the bill and there's a 3 1/2% service charge. OK. Then the tip starts at 20%? For two people. They make it cumbersome to tip less. How obnoxious. Service was at best 18%. It really wasn't very good. Don't start the tip at 20%. Back in my day 20% meant excellent.... not the case here. It's an awkward way to end the dinner. If you aren't paying your people enough to make a living wage don't make it my problem.

I love this place. A bit pricy but everything is fresh and prepared with much tlc. The staff is always so sweet and there's a particular lovely trans server who always greets me as if I'm family. She has the most warm personality and to be honest, she is one of the reasons I keep coming back! She recommended the citron roll to me and I've been hooked ever since. I'll typically order that, and a couple other simple rolls that are discounted during happy hour. My fav thing to do is sit on the patio eating sushi and people watching. One time a guy decked out in Beyoncé fan gear came up to me and sang happy birthday to his Beyoncé pillow (it was her birthday that day). Nothing but good vibes here.

Made a reservation to meet up with a friend here. This place was so great! It was a little packed on a Friday but we were seated promptly with our resy. Ambiance is trendy but cozy. My friend and I ordered the chicken gyoza and veggie tempura which were great and good size servings for two people to share. I got the Citron Roll from the specialty roll menu and it was super yummy and fresh! My friend had a spider roll with what's equally delicious. We also had their twist in the Moscow mule which was very gingery! I'll be coming back again.

The service and staff were very kind and attentive. I ordered their gyoza, salmon avocado roll, blue crab avocado roll, and the salmon fusion roll. I totally recommend the salmon fusion roll. It was delicious. Their gyoza was tasty too! The other two rolls were good but could've used a little more flavor. I will be returning to try other items from their menu.

I was visiting LA for the weekend and have had a hankering for some sushi. Looked up what was near and found this place. It seemed to have good looking rolls and veggie rolls to suffice the crowd. Guys I am FLOORED. First, the vibe was very fun and lively while also maintaining a cozy element. Our server was a GEM! And the food was AMAZING!! After our appetizers and our rolls, we decided to order the Brussel sprouts just because of the reviews we saw and yes it was worth being this full!

It's been a while since I've been. My daughter and I stopped in for a quick lunch. The restaurant is on busy Sunset in Silverlake. Street parking. The restaurant was very clean. My daughter and I chose to sit right by a window for optimal people watching. The server was very nice. He answered our questions about sushi choices. My daughter had the hand roll lunch combo. I had the onigiri combo. Both were very good. The hot tea hit the spot on the cool day. Our server let us know about their daily happy hour. We will try and come back for it!

The food was shockingly mediocre on a Saturday night. Wasn't even a Monday or anything. Avoid at all cost.

On a tour and this spot was near the venue. Everyone here was so kind, service was great, and the sushi was so, so good. Texted the whole band and everyone came through and we had an awesome time!!

Food was decent for the price. Great ambiance and date night spot. We got seated right away but service was a bit slow as the restaurant got full as soon we sat down. Loved the nice feature of being able to reserve a table online on Yelp! We recommend the following: - Brussel sprouts - salmon avocado roll - citron roll (spicy) Also tried: - caterpillar roll (eel, avocado, cucumber) - serpent roll - edamame

Came for Valentine's Day dinner and received excellent food and service. Tried their sake drinks for the first time, very delicious and strong. Made the food taste even better. And the food is already so delicious. I enjoy the smaller size because I can sample more of the menu and find new favorites every time I go! Staff is professional and attentive. Keep up the great work!
