omg YUMMMM! everything here YUMMMM! and fresh which is also a plus! Well, I cant really say "everything" because I have yet to try their smoothies and acai bowls but I can definitely tell you that everything I personally got was EXCELLENT. The lox bagel was flavorful in every bite. They did not skimp out on the salmon either which I loved. The avo toast with salmon was also incredible. I cant stress enough how fresh their food tastes here. Matcha was solid. I dont remember it too much but i def finished the whole drink hahaha. Come for their mini market inside as well!! WeHo natives, you already know! :)

I always go there to get my smoothie. The ladies work there very polite and loving but there is 2 men work there that extremely rude and aggressive . I forget to put my trash in trash bin and he yelled at me so aggressively and he said put your trash in bin we don’t don’t have trash service and then he said don’t come here again . I go to kreatioin more than 2 years West Hollywood and Beverly Hills I never treated like that . This man was extremely rude and it’s so bad for the reputation for kreatioin that a man yell at a woman like that .

I love kreation!!! The smoothies, drinks, tea, and even snacks. They are pricey but I get why with the ingredients and etc I've gone there several times and costs quickly add up before you know it. I've been to 4 different ones throughout LA and they know how to hire good team members for sure. They are welcoming especially at the location off of 3rd near the Target & Beverly Center Nice meet up spot or even a place to work and just explore new healthy options

I am visiting my sister in LA from VA. I just want to shoutout Diane for her amazing personality and customer service! She just came over and asked us if we needed help finding anything without us even asking! She gave us a full tour! The food was amazzzing, fresh and it tasted so good! I came in feeling under the weather and left feeling satisfied and nourished! This place is also a perfect vibe for health and wellbeing! Decor is 10 out of 10!
Tasted terrible, too sweet and juicy, and the coworker avoided and limited my order. I was upset that I had to lose my $13.00 since it was too costly. They are not good since I can't finish the juice; I wasted my $2.00 tip!

Tried a couple of green juices here. Really weird combos with jalepeno in one of them that didnt really work out for a juice. I dont know about their other flavors but what I got was really bad.

My least favorite of all the Kreations I frequent is the Kreation on Highland in Hollywood. I tried them again today. Third street, the original one is my favorite. I frequent a variety. Every time I go to this location, there is some sort of disappointment. If "doing to much" was a chain. Kreation may be teetering in doing too much. Customer service is hard to maintain once you have chains all over the plains. They need to send a third street manager over to this location. Get things into shape. Because the little outdoor area is cute. But the attitude of the employees is meh or below. And the quality of service is on the less than stellar side. This place is expensive. I still go because I like and expect quality. The prices at this location are the same as the other locations, so the service should be just as good. The quality of the products are fine. It's the way they do things that makes me suffer. I decided to give them another shot today. It's a no. I started to just take my ten dollar (with tip) sad latte and just deal with it. Because I'm exhausted. But it's hard to let it go at those prices. So I returned to complain. They were nice e ouch. Remade it. But I hate to complain. And I hate a do over. But come on. Instead of giving you the rundown. I will just show you a "before" complaint. And "after" complaint photo.
