We entered at 6:50 PM, it took 25 minutes to give us a seafood platter. (WE ALSO ORDERED A CHICKEN SOUP.)And at 7:44 the waitress started yelling at the cook: LET'S GO!!! IN 5 MINUTES WE ARE LEAVING!!!! and the cook shouted at her: THE BOSS HAS ALREADY TALKED!!!WE COULD NOT FINISH EATING...AND IT WOULD BE PREFERABLE FOR THE BOSS (THE WAITRESS) TO COME TO MY TABLETO TELL ME THEY ARE ALREADY CLOSING.THEY DO NOT HAVE EDUCATION. IT'S A SHAME.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.

I won't lie the pupusas are good, the 2 stars is for their service it's shitty to be real honest. They ask for you to call ahead of time to place orders but yet they NEVER ANSWER, and they have a sign placed of hours which state they close at 8pm but when I arrived at 730 they told me they are closed. I get it no one wants to close late and all but come on a whole 30minutes prior is extra.

I love the Salvadorian breakfast plate here. Add a side of pupusas and it's food coma heaven! The phone rings off the hook here for takeout orders (note to self: don't sit by the phone counter next time, lol). Locals love it here and most of the restaurant patrons spoke Spanish (a good sign), so am sure the food is authentic. This place is a humble hole-in-the-wall with homemade tasting good quality food and the nicest owner. Parking is very tight in a lot shared with other businesses. I recommend street parking. Credit card and cash accepted.

I ordered a special roast beef, and the roast was pure skin, the rice tasteless.

Bad service today I ordered my food and everything I ordered to eat there and an order of 6 pupusas to take away very well until there then once we have something to eat I waited and waited for me I ordered pupusas to pay when I saw he never looked at anything I got up and told him I asked for the bill and asked her about my pupusas and the lady told me that I didn't order pupusas, just the soups to eat there and I told her if I ordered 6, she even asked me what the pupusas would be, I was waiting for her to come up with that ??and then I said to myself if you want I'll name them for you I wasted my time and patience stupid people

I love living in a neighborhood where I can sit down and have pupusas for breakfast. They have great breakfast deals whether you want a Salvi breakfast for classic American. They also have the most delicious fresh squeezed OJ I've had in LA, period.

Gave this place two visits(chances) service was not good. And food matched the service. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This is the best pupusas I have tried in a very long time. It’s honestly the best salvadorean restaurant in the area. Prices are reasonable and their desayuno típico is really good… a little greasy but good…

I've been ordering from here for several years now, and we are always very pleased. I typically always call in and place my order, it's usually ready within 20 mins. Their pupusas would be among one of the best. I typically get their revueltas, and chicken with cheese. Their sauce and cabbage are tasty as well. Definitely a must try if you're in the area.

The food is still great, and they have coffee now yay! The service was very good, they came multiple times to check if we needed anything and pour more coffee. The Salvadoran breakfast never fails. Large variety of pupusas. Small cozy restaurant. There's a small parking lot and street parking.
