This is by far my favorite La Monarca location. First, they have free parking which is AMAZING in this area. And they have both indoor and outdoor seating. The service here is always friendly and like you're talking to friends. The food is always great. I always end up getting more than I thought I would. Can't recommend it enough.
I hadn’t been here in years (moved away from the area) but we stopped in today for LA Pride. It’s just as good as I remember. We got a chicken mole burrito and beef torta. We grabbed some pan dulce to go and my favorite, the iced champurrado is like a Cinnamon Toast Crunch latte! It’s seriously tasty. Service was great, friendly guys who moved the long line quickly. I wish they would expand down to the South Bay/ Harbor area.
