Pésimo servicio, primera vez comiendo en el lugar, le hicimos unas preguntas del tipo de carnes a la persona que se encarga de cortarlas pero tuvo una actitud poco amable se le veía enojado, realmente no se si fue por las preguntas que le hicimos o fue porque le hablamos en español pero nos hizo sentir incomodo con actitud. Es la persona que atiende a la hora del almuerzo no se su nombre.

I stopped here for lunch and spent the rest of my day in the bathroom. I got horrible food poisoning. This location needs to be reviewed by the owners. Dnagerous! Go to Shake Shack instead!!!!!

Avoid the salad bar, subpar pasta salads and cold veggies. Warm options are slightly better, but not by much. The steaks were a good choice, the chicken parmesan was ok. Overall disappointing experience.

Coxão duro not picanha which is the tougher cut, the extension of the picanha. We complained and the kid said he couldn’t switch out the meat. WFT. Mediocre hot dishes. Please go somewhere else. I’m Brazilian and know my meats. This place is NOT

I got food poisoning from eating here . I never care to eat at a food court mall restaurant but when I went on Black Friday I looking for something filling, delicious and with no wait . Usually century city mall is my favorite mall to go to in LA specially when it comes to trying restaurants but this one is black listed for me . Go spend a little bit of more money somewhere else.

FOOD:Very good SERVICE:Served myself a little rice & beans with a few plantains, and added 3 very small pieces of meat. Total was $22.00!!! So I was like what? So she weight my food again and said ok $17.00. I was like wow beyond shady! Never going back there!

do not order anything before it closes, the food uber brought was disgusting, chucked was so dry I couldn’t eat it, plantains were dry from all day sitting there and not consumable, meat was not fresh and dry, eggplants were dry…. the whole thing was bad and I ended up throwing meal away. How could you even serve it ?! I don’t usually leave bad reviews but this was bad and left bad taste in my mouth.
