Best Uzbek food I've had in a while. It was like being back home in Tashkent. We will definitely be back. Really authentic. Highly recommend ordering samsa and manti especially .
Amazing Central Asian fare! I’m from Russia and I’ve been craving some lagman for a while (which is commonly available in Russia), and luckily this truck opened up. The food was so good! I tried lagman and fatir shurpa - both were excellent. Can’t wait to come back to try the rest of their stuff. I saw some hesitant Americans wanting to try it. Just try it! Bonus - they serve the food in nice bowls and there are tables next to the truck.

I planned on eating Ralphs sushi and stumbled upon the truck to give it a try. Ended up eating here two days in a row. What a gem! Very generous portions. Fresh food and amazing taste! I’ve never had anything like this. YOU MUST GET THE MANY. My friend and I were licking the plates. It’s like dumplings, but sooooo much better. The pilaf and Shurpa are also delicious and so filling.
