Food was tasty, but the service was inconsistent with the timing of dishes being delivered and the server was rather brusque with us. Given the price I'd expect more attentiveness by the staff. Place had an energetic and lively vibe to it!

My partner and I have been multiple times. Food is delicious and portions are great. Would love for the restaurant to add 1-2 more individuals to their team. The person who greeted us checked us in, sat us down and then came back to be our waiter. He did a great job at balancing tasks, but did have to wait a bit for things during our meal and for our check.

My favourite place in Downtown LA. It has the best pho bo, in fact the best I have had for the last 15 years (and I have tried Pho across different cities and countries). The pho banh cuon is a must try. The tom rang dish looked nice but didn't quite hit the spot - it's supposed to have more of a salty flavour than a sweet flavour overall, not the other way around. Lovely service. Highly recommend this place.

As always, we had a fantastic dinner at Little Sister. The Papaya Salad, the Goi Cuon, the Seafood Curry, and the Key Lime Tart were all delicious! Alex(andria) was so fun and took great care of us!

Went here on a double date and asked our server Doug to surprise us with whatever dishes he wanted and it was such a fun experience! Everything was delicious and coursed out perfectly. We tried things we never would have ordered on our own (the black rice dish with octopus was my favorite surprise!)Highly recommend and ask for Doug!

We were told the chilis would be on the side, they were not. He should have just left them off. They were very, very hot. The server didn't check in on us until the end. The food is great so we didn't mind not talking to one another.

I come to LA a few times a year (I live 4 hours North) and always seek out great food spots. I used to work in the food service industry and have empathy for what it takes to do the job. It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review; this is the only review I’ve left in probably a couple of years.Tonight, I got the Lemongrass Beef Noodle Bowl. It tasted good but was nothing special. The vibe of the place (music, decor) is also not that great. The service was no good; but I get that people have bad days. Seemed like everyone there wasn’t enjoying their work.Last time I was in LA I went to a “hole in the wall” Thai spot and a Syrian food truck; both were phenomenal and cost less. There are much better options out there.

Exceptional food! The space is a little odd, primarily the many black helicopters painted on the walls in a Viet Namese restaurant, which are maybe benign to younger generations but convey horror to older diners.

This is my 5th time dining at Little Sisters while visiting LA. Again, it did not disappoint. The Lobster bowl, braised beef with marrow, the chicken wings were outstanding! Don't walk, run to this place ❤️❤️❤️

The food was extremely good. The shaky, shaky beef was perfectly tender and very tasty. The pho was very good, (8.5/10) and the spring rolls were perfect. The ambiance is very warm and inviting, and I will definitely be back again. The servers were very friendly. Would love to see some nice lunch specials that the chef could experiment with.

I celebrated my birthday here and had an absolutely wonderful time! Our server, Wil, stood out with his friendliness and fun demeanor, making our dining experience even more memorable. Every dish we ordered was delicious, but the noodles were especially fantastic. Highly recommend it for a great meal and service! We will come again. But parking is always a tricky part of DTLA. Hard to find street parking.

Since the pandemic, the menu has been changed, removing many of our preferred items like the lemongrass chicken. While the shaky shaky beef and eggplant were decent, it lacked the previous savory flavor. The menu is now more traditional Vietnamese cuisine. Regrettably, we won't be returning, which is disappointing as it used to be a favorite spot of ours.
