Be carerful when you pay the charge you more. Then they argue with you instead of making the costumer happy all employees do not have good manners and they dont give you a good customer service the place is durty. Never going back is getting worse.

A cute little boba shop right by Pershing square. I ordered the Hong Kong milk tea with boba, a quarter sweet. The drink is caffeinated, so beware. I would have gotten it half sweet because I personally don’t like my boba drinks overpoweringly sweet. The drink was delicious overall and will definitely be coming back to try their other drinks on the menu.

The boba is delicious and has the perfect temperature and consistency. The drinks are great, and there are self-cashiers for socially awkward people like myself. You can wait at a table and the decoration is minimal but nice. The service is top-notched, I've loved every person I've seen there. More than any other factor, that's probably what makes me want to come back.
This place doesn't accept reusable cups, so I went somewhere else that did.Edit: Improving my review from 1 star to 3 based on the response from the owner.Whomever was working in the afternoon on Jan 9th might need to be informed on this policy, because their suggestion to make it in a disposable cup then pour it into my own cup was not consistent with this.

Their milk teas totally do their job, they’re aromatic and cozy at the same time. The boba is a good consistency even when the drink is hot. The only problem with this place is parking.Boba is something you get on a whim, so looking for a spot only to stay in the shop for 10min will make you reconsider the impulse. Too bad, I’d definitely come more often if it was easier to park.

I came to Loose Leaf Boba Company for a post-dinner treat and was really excited to try their drinks upon seeing the menu! I felt like they had such a good selection of drink options, as well as options for customization. It was also conveniently located next to Pershing Square and open late. The interior is brightly lit with several board games to play. However, I was really disappointed with the drinks themselves. We ordered the Pandan Pina Collision and Original Milk Tea with boba. The Pandan Pina Collision had a strange grainy texture, and you couldn't really taste the pandan at all. It was mostly just coconut milk with some pineapple syrup. The milk tea was super watered down and barely had any taste of tea. Additionally, the boba was kind of hard and flavorless. I hope they're able to work on their drinks! Otherwise, I wouldn't bother coming back.

I love this place! Boba right in the heart of downtown La! Delicious boba at that! Loved the drink with lychee. They are fast service and very friendly. I love the decoration inside it is a very nice atmosphere :)
