On the UCLA campus, my Alma mater. Great snacking place, usually also has hot fresh lentil soups, for starving students literally. Best croissants and pastries too.Vegetarian options: Vegan sandwichesKid-friendliness: Special little chairs.

Food meh portion size offensive. Gave me two half size “””tenders””” that were no bigger than mcnuggets. Served people out of order and ignored my request for sauce even tho I was gonna pay for it and saw the bucket of ranch packets?? Awful way to serve students at the very school Lu valle is supposed to be for. Eff Lu valle never coming again.

They try hard for a cafeteria, but there's so many students now that they really need to be tripled in size and quadrupled in staff to handle the crowds.

A nice grab-and-go eatery on the upper east side of the UCLA campus. Several choices for hot made to order food. Good coffee too. The mini bookstore downstairs is convenient for snacks and school supplies.

Such a downgrade from last year. The chicken tinders are half the previous size but the same price. Very disappointing

If you think I’m gonna pay 2 bucks for extra sauce you are out of your mind. I will always be reaching under that glass. Love the chicken tenders here

Makes your omelet right in front of you with all the toppings you pick in just minutes

Fun helping build the building back in the ‘80s and enjoy the facility with friends for a quick meal.

it's alright but they don't serve a lot of food for the burrito bowl ?

One of the worst burritos I’ve ever had

Total safety hazard. The exits are closed and there is now only 1 very tight, obstructed method of egress. This is a disgrace. This is dangerous. This could cause devastating harm in the event of an emergency and it's illegal to have less than 2 unobstructed methods of egress.

Now that has been 9 months since I've gone to a restaurant due to the pandemic, I've been thinking a lot past times in my life where I had the luxury to go to a restaurant and eat in peace. And strangely, LuValle was that place for many years when I was studying at UCLA. The best thing about the food was the variety - salads, asian, burgers, soups, pizza, all under one roof. The food ranged from average to good - the bbq pasta salad and tomato mozzarella pesto sandwiches were my favorite - and there was lots of outdoor seating. Having a late lunch on a Friday afternoon when campus was quiet and I could take a breather from school was the best. And that's what I'm thinking back to now, after 9 months of hurried meals at home in a small space with young kids running about. I miss LuValle!
