I love the pho here but I recommend closing a little later than 9. Mama’s Hong used to close at midnight before they changed their hours. Please consider closing a bit later.

Not a restaurant like I thought it was. Wasted gas to go to a takeout place.

Take out only. Pretty bad "Vietnamese" food. It's quite Americanized. All I could taste was salt. The workers here are pretty friendly tho.

Not sure why my prev review was deleted?Food was very mediocre. No seating. When I picked up my food I watched them make my sandwich. The guy making my sandwich wiped his hands on his jeans and proceeded to pick up all the meat with his bare hands and scoop them into my sandwich.Won't be returning.

Not one to usually complain but the customer service atThis place was the worse I’ve ever had. My friend and I Spent $100 on food and over half the order was missing and the other half was damaged so couldn’t eat anything. The manager stated he’d remake the food multiple times then said he needed to speak to another manager who has the day off and to cb. Once we called back he said it was unfortunate and weird so he wouldn’t remake it then hung up. Uber only refunded $8 and we haven’t been able to get ahold of them through phone, email or the app. Both appetizers were missingThe plastic bowl the food comes in had a crack which I noticed after I poured the broth in bc it leaked all over the kitchen floor. I ordered ribeye along with my shrimp pho and never got it. My friend ordered pho as well and the paper bowl was basically empty bc the broth was in the plastic bag. We were not rude or disrespectful and the guy said he’s not losing his job over fixing our order when we were going to inconvenience ourselves to go pick it up since Uber wasn’t replying.

Great place for Vietnamese takeout! The bahn mi is fantastic and I've heard other things on the menu are also tasty and well-priced. Would definitely try more.

Love this place. One of my favorite take out spots in Santa Monica. Always so tasty. I love the grilled combo with grilled ribeye, shrimp, and an egg roll plus salad and rice.

The chicken in there pho is so a delicately shaved and delicious... My boyfriend loves the brisket and beef pho. Each broth is dedicated to the protein, and the portion of the protein is more than any other place your order on the west side. The beef ban hi is delish!

Carry-out at West LA. No seating. Just grab your food and go enjoy it! I liked the steak sandwich and the roasted pork too!

Decent Vietnamese dishes here (I.e the pork chop with rice), however do not order the banh mi. It was probably the worst banh mi I've ever had which is so unfortunate because I used to really like this place.
