Hadn't been here for years but always the same great experience. Amazing service from everyone and the food was outstanding. The lule kebab is my favorite followed by the lamb chop.. Everything is fresh and you can tell that there is a lot of Culinary respect in the kitchen.

Four if us were so excited to visit Maroush after seeing it highlighted on Diners, Drive-ins and Dives. I really wanted to like the food more than I did.First, the server was friendly and excellent. The lentil soup was highly recommended but, we found it to be underseasoned. Even after adding salt and pepper, it was just OK.We also ordered the mixed Kabob platter. We enjoyed the kabobs best of the items we ordered. We ordered the lamb chops and also found them underseasoned but the sauce helped alot.Based on the DDD rave for the Mantee we tried it and found the taste very weird and did not finish it.It was unanimous that, while it was a fun adventure, it was a one-and-out. We won't be going back.

The food is sensational. The service was above and beyond. Although the location isn't the best in town, the flavors would guarantee you come again.

Everything was amazing and freshly made! Even the chicken kabob was juicy. It has a cute ambiance with Lebanese influence and people there were very friendly. Thanks again.

Food is great! Truly a home cooked meal made by a grandma! The ambiance reminds me of the little restaurants in the mountains of Lebanon. Very authentic. Rose makes you feel at home!

The best array of Lebanese mezze I have ever seen in one huge combination special for two. With a glass of decent wine and a mint tea each the bill was still about $60. The single server was friendly and efficient despite being the only person on duty. The ambience is spare, but comfortable. We were able to leave our car in the lot and walk to the matinee at the Fountain Theater. A great way to spend a gray afternoon.

Just tried this place out today based on reviews and pictures and we are so glad we did. The food is absolutely astounding: fresh, delicious, and you can tell made with love. The ambiance was cute and homey and the service was incredible (servers Roman and rose). They really took the time to talk with us and make us feel welcome. Overall excellent experience and 100% recommend!!

Six of us went to Marouch for lunch and ordered the Messe for 6 (hummus, mtabal, tabbouleh, labneh, falafel, grape leaves, cheese fatayer, fattouch, ful, fried kippeh, sugok, bastourma and makanek). It was a fabulous and memorable meal. Even after 13 delicious dishes, we made room for dessert. Pistachio ice cream and baklava were fantastic. The server was extremely helpful in explaining each dish and staff was very attentive. We will definitely go back.

LIVES UP TO THE HYPE! I've driven by this spot in a strip mall hundreds or thousands of times. Recently saw that the late great Jonathan Gold said they have the best hummus in LA, so finally had to try. Made a reservation via the website, and included a note that I was coming with my older aunt and cousins. I was surprised to get an email reply from Roman, one of the co-owners, saying they were looking forward to our visit. Sure enough, this family-run business (since 1982) knows how to take care of families. Roman and Rose the server were very accommodating, warm and welcoming. Every dish was outstanding. Reasonable prices for quality food. The mezzo platter was fantastic, the hummus, smokey babagnoush, fattouch salad, the sausage the cheese eggroll-like pastries, and more, all great. Then the chicken, beef, lamb mixed grill, with rice and veggies - all cooked perfectly. It's laid back, not stuffy, good for small groups. We'll be back - thank you Roman and family!

Fantastic. Went as a group and they immediately sat us and were extremely welcoming. We started with the maze platter, which was delicious and I was basically fighting my group to get to everything. Then we did a filet kebab plate and a mixed gyros plate, both were fantastic as well. Literally no complaints, if I lived here I would be here all the time. Don't let the tiny lot and burnt out sign fool you, it's some of the best food we've had in a while!

What an incredible dining experience. Came in here for lunch and was greeted warmly and recommended a lovely meal of Lamb and rice with roasted vegetables. Let me tell you the quality of the food was shocking!!! How could everything be so delicious. I am here for the food and when every bite is sublime, I'll be coming back and bringing the crew! Excellent food and service - a foodies paradise. Even Guy Fiere approves !!!!

I love their fatayer. Good hummus and falafel too. The fava beans are good. Kind of expensive but I think worth it.
