Had a TPM (Tire Pressure Monitor) light up on the dash while traveling many miles home on the freeway. Used google maps for nearest gas station to put air.I went in for air to be told it's either 2.00$ unless I put gas. I didn't need Gas at the time let alone I filled up at a descent priced gas station prior. I asked about free air in California and mentioned the phone number to report air abuse on the side of the machine only to be told (report it) I didn't have a complete flat and was gonna stand my ground giving into a 2.00$ charge and found a 76 within a couple miles willing to let me use the air like a good corporation would for people in need. I wonder if the situation would be different for the elderly in need? I sure hope they would have been willing to help

This Chinese girl is so stup... what kind of person can be a manager of a McDonald's when customer service should be #1 priority. we were here on monday march 18th there were no issues ordering but they forgot my moms sugar and cream packets for her coffee so she went to go let them know that they had forgotten them and they told that they already given them to her. My mom assured them that she checked and they didn’t give them to her the a worker from the back came in very angry yelling that ‘you’re not gonna come in here yelling at us when she never did she just asked for sugar and cream. so that lady that screamed at her stormed out and went to the restroom and when she came back gave my mom a nasty look. My mom is a senior citizen why is a worker arguing with an older woman who just asked for something they had forgotten to give us. This is the second time this happens, please tell your workers that they need to control themselves !

Stopped by for lunch. Cozy, clean. I ordered a Big Mac and coffee from the machine. They brought it in 5 minutes. Fast enough. Water machines are located in the hall - for those who are very thirsty, but do not want to pay))). There are no problems with parking. In general, I was left with a positive impression. Just came this location, second person line and when I got up to the cashier she advised me no more breakfast. Did I mention the cashier decided to go grab a plastic bag for another customer who was not in line? Talk about poor customer service, literally it was 10:31am. Don't come here, they don't accommodate in anyway.

No table tents and numbers on tables don’t match food tablet. Then they don’t deliver to table. Had to go get ketchup waited forever. Then only got 2. Service needs to get better here.
I ordered breakfast and they told me to park in a spot to wait for food. The cars after me received their food. No one came to my car to give an update. I went in to get food. The order was wrong. When I said I was missing my egg mcmuffins they told me breakfast was over. I had paid them for this food at least 20 minutes before breakfast ended. There was no explanation of where my sandwiches went, an apology, or any attempt to correct this situation.

Visited this location today and went through the drive through. I was told to pull forward and wait for my order which I did not mind as I had a special order. I asked for ketchup to be included when they brought the order and they did not. When I asked the girl if she could bring some she had the biggest attitude and gave a look of annoyance and rolled her eye in front of me. She did not care that I saw her make a face. I dont know why they have people like this working with customers. I also tried to call the store immediately to let them know and they did not answer the phone and then they kept hanging up the phone multiple times. I am not sure what is going on at this store but upper management needs to check on what is happening.
