Ordered an ice coffee sweet. They gave it to me horrible flavor. Order a chicken Mc griddle and a sausage Mc griddle . They gave me 2 sausage Mc muffins. These people have their heads up their booties . Can get a order correct!

This McDonald's isn't open for walk-ins on most mornings and I have asked and it's a staffing issue, always nasty, staff doesn't care and are rude, play area is never open at all.

It's very noticeable that a large number of the employees are Spanish speaking and it's becoming a problem they're not even born here and the black community is being lost and the streets are not even being
I ordered thru app and I was waiting for more than 27 minutes in the curbside and nobody brought my food than I spent 35 minutes in drive through why they have option curbside pickup if the lobby closed and there were no any employee who carry food to customers
I would not recommend going here. I've had SEVERAL bad experiences at this location including: hard chicken nuggets (one time), missing sauces for my chicken nuggets (2nd time), and Sprite tasting like water with fizz (3rd time). Don't come here. Or come and waste your money, your choice.

Worst customer service I've ever come across. Not to mention, ironically on national burger day. I attempted to take advantage of the burger sale today with my kids and somehow within 5 minutes of us entering the establishment, they logged out of all registers, closed the store and claimed to be only accepting mobile orders and despite clearly seeing me sitting there inside with 3 children going over what all to order with them, no one felt the need to inform me of any of this for a good 10 minutes, which was when I finally approached the counter to place my order. This all came with THE rudest of attitudes and once I asked for the corporate phone number, then I was offered by some manager that had been apparently hiding far in the back this entire time, the option of ordering through the drive through despite me being on foot and without any wheels. Neither I nor my kids deserve treatment like this once so ever let alone from a so called professional establishment, if they can't treat their customers better, then maybe they should close this location down for good.

Stopped in to use the restroom and their were a few people in the lobby 1 being a woman waiting to use the restroom and there were 2 nice African men getting the code for us. Which I found very sweet. When I came out I was going to get something to eat but the line was to long so I just left.
Got my order wrong but that's the only complaint
