The huevos rancheros were spot on ( as usual), but the chorizo toast would have been better if the bread was in fact toasted! You've earned our loyalty in the past and that's solid. I'll probably try it again if it will be TOASTED!

Caspian the host that stands at the front door who is either transgender or just flexible in appearance is incredibly snide, unserious, and super unprofessional. Visited the restaurant with a friend and upon entering it/ they/ them did not greet us & escorted two other parties ahead of us in as we stood there before they arrived. We were called first via text message. Also when I asked for a different table he almost refused but I had to check him because it’s a service job he’s doing. Otherwise the food, music and vibes is just fantastic. Caspian the host is a disgrace and needs to reevaluate their life in service.

We had a meeting iver brunch outside. First time trying the place and I was not disappointed. Had a difficult time choosing which one to get because I was told that almost everything on the menu is great. The Thai Omelette was good too. The staff was friendly and attentive. They also bus your plates out right away after finishing your meal haha.

Great service from our server Jacob, speedy delivery, very good food, especially the Crispy French toast if you're in the mood for something sweet. We got the Breakfast burrito and Chorizo toast as our savory dishes. This place is a solid brunch spot. We did sit outside which isn't the best ambiance right next to busy La Brea.

Had the chicken and waffles, it was excellent. Thai chicken with crunchy basil and peppers blended so well with the waffle and syrup. The atmosphere was great as well!

They refused to serve me alone and give me a table. They said they couldn’t make an accommodation for me as they were expecting a larger party.I’ve come here plenty times before and didn’t think this would be a problem.

First time coming here. Pretty good vibes. Waitress was really nice and attentive… didn’t get her name. I ordered a hot chai latte and a French toast and let me tell you , it was delicioso! Will come again. No parking station available. So park where ever you can on la brea. I think the small streets have you have to have a parking permit .

Absolutely love Met Her At A Bar. The crispy French toast paired with the mimosas is a deadly combination. Rest assured you will leave satisfied. Service is immaculate, our server, the young man in the black jacket was amazing.

My wife and I recently visited "Met Her At A Bar" in Los Angeles for a brunch date, and it was an experience that left us both thoroughly impressed. The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the chicken and waffles, which was nothing short of amazing – a perfect blend of crispy, savory chicken and fluffy, sweet waffles that created a delightful symphony of flavors and textures. The service at the restaurant greatly enhanced our visit; it was prompt, attentive, and genuinely warm, making us feel welcome and well taken care of throughout our meal. The ambiance of the place, with its cozy and inviting decor, set the perfect tone for a relaxed and enjoyable brunch. This restaurant has certainly set a high bar for brunch spots in LA, and it's a place we'll definitely return to and recommend to others looking for a delightful dining experience.
