What a delicious spot. The restaurant appeared clean with a few tables for sit down. I ordered pupusas de chicharrón and queso. I loved the texture of the crunchy pupusa from being slightly fried. It was a nice and light, delicate crunch. The cheese and chicharrón filling was flavorful. Putting tomato salsa and curtido on top was great too. I love picked cabbage curtido!! Also got 2 chicken tamales. These are made with slices of potato, two different chile peppers and chicken. They were melty tender (not spicy!) I had their fried plantain, beans and sour cream. The fried bananas were perfectly soft and sweet! Oh, I loved them! To drink, I ordered their home made horchata. That was really impressive. I think they toasted some kind of nut, maybe almonds and blended that together with the rice. It was very tasty, and not too sweet! Very nicely balanced flavors and seasoning. All that food and my drink cost me $27. I honestly thought that was a GREAT price. This is a lovely place! Be sure to stop by. The husband and wife are the business owners and were very nice :)

It doesn't look like much from the outside. Then again, everything around this area doesn't look like much. For me, I love the vibrancy and authenticity when you really look at the colorful graffiti and the well-worn details that make you do a double take. Same goes for the local people and the food. Speaking of food, I got their Pan Con Pollo (Chicken Specialty Sandwich) and the chicken tamale. It took awhile, but once it arrived, you know they took their time to make it right. The tamale was melt in your mouth delicious. The sandwich on the other hand, wasn't what I expected, but good. The sandwich plate came with side of chicken tomato soup. The sandwich itself was huge. Underneath the tomatoes and slaw was a whole chicken thigh that fell apart once you bite into it. I suggest you take out the thigh bone before biting into the sandwich. The soup was actually pretty good with pieces of chicken at the bottom of the soup. While eating, I saw another table with pupusas. It looked really good and will have to order that next time.

Hands down delicious pupusas! The food is freshly prepared and they use whole natural ingredients. I also highly recommend the banana empandas! The owner is very welcoming and friendly. The place is humble and clean.

They serve Salvadoran food.Located at the intersection of streets.Small place, but neat.Difficult to find parking. We bought pupusas to take away, which are good. There is a lot of variety.Good flavor and tasty. The cheese with good flavor and "chicludo".Currently the corn dough at $3.00 and the rice dough at $3.50.You can advance the order by calling them by phone so that you only pick them up.
