I always like visiting the West Adams location for the food. The service has been spotty there for the last few years, staff seems increasingly miserable. Same deal today at Hollywood location. Parking is a nightmare around this spot. I mean, bad bad. I finally found a spot after doing rounders for awhile. I think you may be able to park in the building lot, but I didn't even check. Again I must wonder if the management is awful because all the staff seem so unhappy. The food was pretty good as usual. The kiosk ordering system is ok, a bit of a pain to navigate and I am still bummed that they charge for extra (teeny tiny cups) sauces. You get two tiny stingy side cups of either sauce or pickled veg with your meal but I miss the days when you could at least get more hot sauce and pickles free. I liked my pita sando and had a taste of my friends Kefta which was great. It's a sterile building and the patio vibe leaves something to be desired. Not sure I'd go back to this location.

Love all the side dishes! Brussels sprouts are a standout but cauliflower and broccoli also great. Friendly employees and nice space indoors and out. We did takeout and the sides were great several hours later.

Picked up some sides and universally delicious. Brussels sprouts are a standout but so are cauliflower and broccoli. Nicest staff there -- William the manager and Lauren were so friendly and helpful. While I did take out, indoor space and the patio out front were very inviting. And - good to know - the sides held their own until we ate them for dinner 3 hours later. Delish.

Great Vegan options: Falafel Pita, Plate & Salad (without Feta). The Fries are delicious and the Grilled or Fried Broccoli are great too!

Ok I'm thinkin 3.5ish So first off, this is a cool place to check out. The food was pretty solid and the service was as well The ambiance is a little off right now because there is construction going on. Because of that, they seem to be doing the best they can with what they got. This place has kiosks for you to place your orders yourself which is cool and modern and maybe cost efficient However, it takes that personal touch out of SERVICE which seems to be becoming a lost art Anyways The food was good. I got the salmon salad, brussle sprouts and Rose (wine) The salmon was cooked perfectly and the salad was a mix of a number of different leafy options as well as some mint and olives and all the the other Mediterranean options which was super cool! I would say that that the fish was seasoned a little heavy, and the brussle sprouts had a little too much dressing (oil and vinegar I think). The flavors were out of this world. But to eat a lot of those brussle spouts with that much dressing felt like my salt levels hit the roof haha The rice and pita bread and hummus was a-ok and they served wine up in a plastic cup Not a big deal But the place gives off the vibe of a really minimalist approach to service, which is cool, but then there is a preset tip option on the kiosk which is odd. At this point, you're giving a tip for someone delivering the food, the taste of the food, or someone cleaning the table. But the other aspects of service aren't really going on so heads up I left a tip anyways But I'm not so sure it should be a preset as much as it is an option on the kiosk Anywho Not sure yet if I'll come back But it was solid food

I love this place. They have the best falafel I've ever had. The hummus and flatbread are so delicious. And the staff is always super friendly. I can't recommend this place enough. It's outstanding.Vegetarian options: Falafel, hummus, pita, Jerusalem salad, pickled veggies, harira soup.Dietary restrictions: Great options if you're eating a Mediterranean diet.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible.

Before I start, I've been ordering from this location probably once a week for the last couple years. It was one of my favorite restaurants in LA. But last night we got the worst meal I've ever received anywhere in my life, and no one answered the phone or returned my call when I left a message to complain. It didn't taste bad like "oh there must be a new chef today" or they forgot to add salt, it tasted like they accidentally added some weird chemical to the food. I wasn't even calling to complain so much as warn them that they might be accidentally poisoning their customers, but I guess they don't really care. It tasted like someone accidentally put a cleaning product in the salad dressing or dropped something plastic on the grill and just left it there to infuse its smell in all the food. Horrible acrid chemical taste/smell that is still in my mouth this morning. I had to take it out to the dumpster because it was making my whole house smell. I no longer trust them to handle food properly I'm really concerned I ate something truly harmful. ANSWER THE PHONE.

This place is an absolute gem! I haven't been inside but I always get food delivered. Ordered different foods all the time and they always kept it at a very high level. The quality and taste of their meats/fish/hummus/rice is just amazing.

Excellent fresh tasty salmon. Love their salads, hummus, tzatziki & pita the most. I crave their food almost every day!

SOME of the staff here are very rude to the delivery drivers who come here. The Chef has been made aware of this but has refused to correct his employees. I don’t care if your food is good. There is no reason to treat people poorly. I have eaten here and wanted to bring my friends here but I cant do that after the way the foh acts towards “non customers” and the Chefs fake outwardly kind but bubbling with rage on the inside appearance. Just think about the energy that’s going into your food then body.

Absolutely amazing flavors & value. I had the falafel side, which is served on a bed of herb salad with amazing seasonings & dressing. The lentil soup was so comforting & flavorful. The side sauces (the red one and the green one) were so fresh.

This location has very good food (see my prior review). However this location also continues to routinely mess up delivery orders and never answers their phone (and doesn't return voicemails). I am now done with Mizlala. I kept trying to stick with them. They made it too annoying.
