Food was ok. I asked to put two items on a separate check since we were a group of 12 and I had separate dietary restrictions.Server said no because "you're still paying 20% gratuity anyway".....what does that have to do with anything? I tip a minimum 20% normally, and if anything, shouldn't that mandatory service tip be more of a reason for you to provide ....i dont know, some service?Refusing a simple ask like this at the beginning of the meal is bizarre, considering other restaurants are able, and even other countries (Canada) provide itemized bills without even being asked. In the end, the waitress did not even remember to put my order in. She made a big deal about coursing out everyone's apps and mains, but when I followed up on my app, she simply said she did not put it in. My broccolini was eventually placed on the table after everyone had finished eating and all of the other plates had been cleared.Seems like mandatory tipping gives this server the excuse to not provide any service. Guess there's no reason to in her eyes if youre getting paid either way.

Wouldn’t go back here - but to be fair went on Valentine’s Day on a special and the special was not that good…. The dips were lacking but the bread was great, the drinks were impeccable and they had one that made your face numb, the rice was not good tbh… they’re doing too much in some departments and in others they’re simply not doing enough (yes the hummus needed more SOMETHING)would probably go to almost any other Mediterranean restaurant over thisAlso was insanely expensive for the experience

A really fantastic place, incredible drinks, delicious food, great ambiance! We actually came by a few years back (right after the pandemic) and weren't too impressed, but when we heard that Chef Vartan Abgaryan was now working there, we had to try it. We have been to other restaurants that he's been a chef at and have always loved his food, so we knew it would be delicious. Sure enough, it didn't disappoint one bit! We'll definitely be coming back, and bringing our friends too.

Let me start by saying that their tiramisu is the best i have ever tried !!! We came on a Saturday night , without a reservation and were seated right away. The place is very cute & the vibe is great. We ordered a Caesar salad to begin with and a pork plate and i wasn't impressed..definitely the salad wasn't of my liking , but other people in my party liked it. The main plates that we ordered which were the chicken , beef , fish and mushroom plates were delicious!!!! Like very tasty! The only thing is that on this specific day they were out of their sourdough and this was the main reason we came here.

The ambiance is so relaxing and the overall vibe is modern, chic, and beautiful. I barely leave reviews so for me to say the cuisine was 5 /5 is rare. Hats off to the Chef! The flavor profile of every meal was exquisite! Heaven in every bite! Umami! I know I will crave the dishes again and again!

I find it incredibly frustrating when restaurants tack on unexpected fees to the final bill. At this establishment, not only are the prices already on the higher side, but the additional charges caught me off guard. It's not the prices themselves that bother me, but rather the manner in which they're imposed. The rationale provided--that these fees are meant to supplement the kitchen staff's income--is understandable, but transparency is key. If restaurants need to adjust their prices to ensure fair compensation for all workers, then so be it. Customers deserve clarity regarding the total cost of their dining experience upfront. Furthermore, the pressure tactics employed during payment are distasteful. Our waiter hovered over the iPad, clearly trying to pressure us into tipping at a default rate of 22%. This practice feels tacky and off-putting, detracting from the overall dining experience.

Nice ambiance. Used to come here before it existed. Greeting not so welcoming with a touch of confusion. Waiter was kind of a dick. Food was ok. My friend ordered the chicken and he lost his appetite when meal was presented with a drumstick with claw. Waiter was annoyed when asked about the extra kitchen appreciation charge in the bill. Efiin restaurateurs!!! Pay your God damn employees!!! Maybe waiter won't be such a dick.

Momed stands as a beacon of Mediterranean cuisine, offering a vibrant and inviting dining experience that celebrates the rich flavors and traditions of the region. My recent visit to this charming restaurant was a culinary journey that exceeded all expectations, as each dish showcased the restaurant's commitment to quality ingredients and innovative flavors. The evening commenced with a delightful starter of house-made sourdough Pita served with creamy avocado Hummus. The warm and pillowy pita bread, fresh from the oven, was the perfect vessel for the velvety hummus, with the addition of avocado lending a luxurious creaminess that elevated the dish to new heights. The Broccolini was a revelation, with tender spears of broccolini charred to perfection and drizzled with a fragrant olive oil. Each bite was a harmonious blend of smoky flavors and vibrant freshness, a testament to the restaurant's skill in elevating simple ingredients to culinary masterpieces. The Steak Shish Dinner was a carnivorous delight, featuring tender chunks of steak marinated in aromatic spices and grilled to perfection. Served with fluffy rice pilaf and a medley of grilled vegetables, the dish was a hearty and satisfying celebration of Mediterranean flavors. The Chared Octopus emerged as a highlight of the meal, with tender tentacles charred to perfection and served atop a bed of creamy hummus. The contrast of textures and flavors was a true delight, with the smoky octopus complementing the creamy hummus beautifully. The Organic Brussels Sprouts were a revelation, with tender Brussels sprouts roasted to caramelized perfection and tossed in a tangy vinaigrette. Each bite was a burst of flavor, with the sweetness of the sprouts balanced by the acidity of the dressing. Throughout the evening, the warm hospitality at Momed added to the overall dining experience, with attentive staff members ensuring that every need was met with grace and professionalism. The inviting ambiance of the restaurant, with its warm lighting and comfortable seating, provided the perfect backdrop for an unforgettable dining experience. In conclusion, Momed offers a truly exceptional culinary experience that celebrates the vibrant flavors and traditions of the Mediterranean. From the inventive starters to the hearty main courses, every dish is a testament to the restaurant's dedication to quality and innovation. Whether seeking a casual meal with friends or a special occasion celebration, a visit to Momed is sure to delight and inspire.

On arrival we were greeted with hostility, poor service and every staff member seemingly wanting to be anywhere but there. While visiting over 30 restaurants with friends in LA this was unfortunately the worst all rounder.
