Abalone porridge here is delicious.I was sick with a cold and had no appetite, but eating abalone porridge here gave me energy. He said he made all the side dishes himself. It's been a long time since I was able to taste the taste of Korea.
I’m totally obsessed w the radish salad - my new crack addiction. I ate like a lil piglet - 4 rounds!!!!! Should have written a review a long time ago…the pandemic happened and in my case a time warp took place. Best place for soups to warm and heal wotever ailments you may have. It’s all damn good and healthy!!!

Mountain Cafe, referred to as SAN in Korean, is a cult classic in Koreatown, with every dish earning a stellar 10/10 rating. It stands out for offering warm Jang-jorim as banchan, a unique feature in the neighborhood. For those visiting for the first time, the abalone porridge and whole chicken soup are essential choices. Additionally, the beef bulgogi appetizer, available for under $8 is a steal.
