Our server Kassandra was awesome. We appreciated her positive attitude and enthusiasm. We especially appreciated her kindness towards our son because she went out of her way to make his dining experience optimal. Thank you Kassandra for your excellent service.

The lady at the front desk was very rude and un-inviting. She almost ruined my first experience here. The waiters on the other hand were very friendly and informative. The food was ok. I would stick with the burgers only.

Food was not the typical hard rock experience. The hostess was not friendly and there was nobody there . The waiter was excellent and drinks good. We go to hard rocks in every city would never go back

I ordered the chicken tenders and seasoned fries. Both were very good and arrived with dipping sauces. For desert I had cheesecake which is the absolute best I've ever had. I have never been disappointed. Would recommend.

We love hard rock, we visit them all over, where ever we go - I even collect magnets from the restaurants I visit. So we booked it for my brother's birthday as we love it. I have never been so disappointed with a hard rock. First it was not busy. Server took our drink order but that was all we could we order, we were told strictly no food. Took him a while to come back to take a food order and then felt he tried to put us off ordering well done as it would take a while (we order well done all the time - never an issue elsewhere or takes long). It took 3 attempts to get a plain burger right! I never not tip but tonight was a first. Felt I ruined my brother's birthday tonight with that booking and cancelled a future one. Didn't even buy the LA magnet as I don't want a reminder of a rubbish night!

The beer was cold and the fries were good. Fried chicken sandwich: Every restaurant I've had this at was better. Just basic fried chicken breast, lettuce, tomato. For 20 bucks. Really. Pulled pork sandwich: my grandson loved it Waiter: very nice Rock and Roll museum: Who cares about the guitars of players you never heard of.

Ordered steak salad Onions were soft and chewy not crispy Steak had a lot of fat and gristle Waiter brought the bill without us asking Very quiet inside, lacking atmosphere Had a photographer wanting to take our photos during meal, then hard sell to buy them at high price

I put on the reservation that this was a birthday dinner, when we checked in nobody mentioned anything about the birthday the server did not know about the birthday until I told him. Another server used the last candle, apparently for a dessert for another birthday guest. Therefore, there was no candle available for my guest and it was early on in the evening. You guys could have been better prepared by looking at the notes in the reservation that this was for somebody's birthday. I'm a little disappointed, and will not be returning.

Service was done in a hurry, as the house was going to close. I made a reservation for 9:30 pm, we arrived a little before time and didn't even stay in the house for 1 hour as they wanted to close. I didn't have the chance to have more than 1 drink, because the waiter said he closed the drinks at 9:30 and then he simply disappeared, with 5 minutes left until the drinks closed. It was awful.

The waiter was excellent. He communicated back and forth between us and the chef to accommodate my daughter who has severe food allergies. They did an awesome job ensuring her meal was safe and at the same time delicious. Everyone else's meals were great as well. The ambiance, drinks, and service were all outstanding.

I arrived at Hard Rock thinking I would try a different menu item. I am there frequently. However when I arrived I could smell the French fries and I had to order them. So I ordered the pulled pork sandwich, which is the best I have had anywhere. And of course got the French fries. For dessert I had cheesecake which is pretty amazing as well. Service was great and my waiter timed everything perfectly. Great meal.

They did not give a sofa table although they had many available, service bored to death, ambience depressing Even I ve been in may hard rock cafes globally this one was of the worst

I never leave “bad” reviews but the food was really not what I expected tonight. I've eaten at Hard Rock's all over and usually love that there is a wide variety and kid friendly options. Tonight the chicken tenders my kiddo ordered were so overdone she had a hard time biting into them and finally just decided to not eat. I have literally never asked for a substitute meal but I did tonight. My fried chicken sandwich was way overdone and the chicken was so rubbery it tasted like a flip flop. I got pasta with marinara sauce for my kiddo so she would hopefully eat and it was soooo dry. My son likes the Mac and cheese but it looked super dry too. I get this place is a legend and most people are obsessed- and that's fair. But I would go in, do the tour, take pics and then find someplace else to eat. The manage did comp one of the meals and they gave us a dessert for free - I offered to pay for the food xtra kids meal - I wasn't trying to get anything for free or be “that guy” - I just literally needed my daughter to eat. I do think the service was great.

Painfully slow service. Server didn't come around to greet us for 25 minutes after being seated. Drinks took another 25 minutes—the food made it out before the drinks by almost 10 minutes. The server was nowhere to be seen. I've had outstanding experiences at every Hard Rock Cafe that I've been to, except this one. I don't recommend this location—especially for the price you pay for the food.

Food was decent. Service was very slow despite that the venue was not full. Asked for the Christmas menu and was told not available even though it was in the menu. Would not recommend unless you're a hardcore hard rock fan.
