I like this place. Food and drinks are good and it's one of the only KBBQs I know of that takes reservations. I just don't understand why the first thing they tell clients when we walk in is at what time they want us out of here. It comes across as very rude.

Very decent korean bbq spot in LA. We made a reservation for an easy check in and was seated indoors. Since it was our first time we ordered the Mun's Choice which came with four meats and some sides. It was a bit pricey for $60 a person. In my opinion the best cuz was the rib eye, which was tender and paired well with the red wine salt. The other meats were nothing special or unique and similar to other kbbq places. Some of them were a bit chewier than others. Same with the sides and todu soup, nothing special. They do cook for you here and our server always made sure we were ok! The outdoor patio lookes spacious and fun and definitely something we may come back for as I heard if was a different menu. Parking was also easy as they provided information on their IG which I really appreciated !!

Came here for a birthday dinner last night. This was my first time here and I've been wanting to try this place. But in my honest opinion I would say it was a little underwhelming. The quality of meat was really good but I also think you can get that quality anywhere in koreatown these days. And most of the meat we ate had a gas after taste. So either the meat was being cooked too fast or the vents weren't working. But I'm fine with that. But the thing that was disappointing was that, for the price I'm paying, why am I cooking my own food? Yes the staff did their best but there were some time where we manned the grill ourselves. - again, no different than any Korean bbq down the street or around the corner. Overall, I'd say it's good to try this place once and that's about it.

Very very expensive KBBQ for the small portion they serve. If you want more for your buck I would recommend somewhere else. However, service and food was good. Drinks were good as well, but I was unable to try their special Old Fashion Whiskey because they didn't have any and were in the process of brewing. Overall, very overpriced and wouldn't recommend unless you want to Instagram.

Came here late last night, there was little to no wait time but the last call happens around an hour and some before their actual closing so be prepared for that! They have 4 or 5 choices for combos depending on your group size, but unless you really like ALL the meats they offer, it's not really worth it imo. Combo comes with some sides like cheese and veggies. If I could redo my first time I would just get the pork jowl and the ribeye and call it a day, they were really the best meats there! They cook it for you which is cool, but i saw that they do kimchi rice at the end and we didn't get it :( to be fair we came at 10:20 which is near their last call (10:45) and they close at 12am. I got a strawberry lychee martini and it was delicious!! If you can choose, outdoor seating is definitely better. Staff was nice too!

Food is good but overpriced, grill is super slow, and they have a mandatory tip added on. Would not go unless I'm not paying

Really good quality, a little pricey. We split the date night combo and everything was delicious!

Mun Korean Steakhouse is one of the best Korean bbq spots I've been to in Ktown. You can really taste the quality of the meat and the aesthetics of the restaurant makes it stand out from its competitors Customer service here is top notch as the servers also cook for you You know a restaurant is the place to be when celebrities come to eat there. During my dinner, I saw Kpop group Le Sserafim! 100% recommend checking them out when you're in the area!

I came here on a Thursday night with friends because I was craving KBBQ. I believe we got the Mun's choice which served about 3-4 ppl if I'm not mistaken. One thing I absolutely love about this place is the ambiance. This place has a soothing & pleasant ambiance. It is a bit on the pricier end & I personally feel like you can find better quality KBBQ elsewhere for a better price, like Ahgassi Gopchang. Other than that, this place is really great! The service is really fast as well. I give it 4/5 stars!

Got a recommendation to go here, but I DO NOT recommend taking you semi elderly parents or anyone if you want to have a conversation. It's so loud here that you could barely hear the person next to you. Meat here is good, Ok for the price. It will cost $50 per person on the lower end, so if you eat a lot, know you will be spending more.

The BEST!! I come here multiple times a month because I love it so much. The Muns choice is delicious. The presentation is so fun and meat quality is the best I've had. The staff is also super friendly and welcoming. The ambiance gives off a dark luxe vibe and their cocktails are good as well. Would highly recommend!

Meat is good. But they are really strict about giving you a time limit and making sure you leave ON TIME - so much so that they will legit skip over dishes (we want our MUN stew!) Like, SUPER invested in getting you to leave. The thing is though, they do all the grilling, so it's not like you are slow and holding them up. It was super bizarre. For reference we were given 1.5 hours.

Great meat selections for sure hence why the pricing are much more expensive compared to other Korean bbq places I've been to. On a weekend, they definitely can use more staff specially with what you're paying for. They cook the meat for you but we felt bad, as we noticed too many tables to cook for with our server obviously shuffled to attend to too many tables at one time. Just felt for her to be rushed explaining the menu as she did her best tending to her section. Other than glamorous lighting and the dark paint, this joint is nothing out of the ordinary. Outdoor and Indoor seating available but they do maximize you to 2-2.5 hours on your table even though this is not AYCE. For pricing, quality was good but service was ok and definitely portions were mediocre. I would most likely go elsewhere for the same great quality of meat and pay less to be tended to better.
